Great room and breakfast. Staff was friendly. Pool was open 24/7

We were right next to I-90 and the traffic noise was a bother

The staff (especially Mike) were friendly, welcoming, competent and proud to do a good job.

The staff was incredibly happy and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was typical hot continental breakfast food (fake eggs and sausage links) but oddly cooked really well and stacked neatly and carefully in the warming trays. The whole hotel seems to be run with care and these nice little extra touches.

The blackout curtains didn't close all the way and the shower has bar soap instead of body wash, but these are tiny gripes. The experience overall was spectacular.

Comfort Inn was beautiful. Great breakfast meal and extras offered like juices, tea, coffee, spiced cider, popcorn, etc. Clean facility.Confort Inn didn't honor my assessible (handicapped assesible) confirmed room.

Comfort Inn did not honor my reservation for accessible(handicapped accommodations) because staff said we booked thru Bookings.com. I offered my confirmation and pin but he wouldn't accept it. We checked in around 425 p.m.We were given a very large room with king size bed on 3rd floor.

Close to family and price I can tell you the people were FANTASTIC I work at a 5 star resort in las Vegas Been with company for 27 years Best hotel and casino in town Some of your guys could work there no problem If there’s something I know it’s customers service People made all the difference

Beds could’ve been softer. But I’m 58 years old and sleep on a more expensive bed than my first car cost lol

Everything was great during our stay! The rooms and hotel were clean and smelled fine. The beds were probably the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept on, the only issue being the mattress topper would easily come off disrupting us in the middle of the night. Other than that it was the perfect stay and has gained us as loyal customers when we come to town to visit family.

The staff were all excellent. Every single one of them. I talked to 4 different front desk personnel over our stay and each one was kind, friendly, professional and helpful. They should be seriously proud of their staff. Christmas decorations were festive, the room was very clean. Breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of options. We really enjoyed our stay.

The only thing that was not great was the pull out bed my 7 year old daughter slept on. We had to pile blankets on top of it because the springs were poking her (she only weighs 45lbs). Definitely not an option for a bigger kid or any adult.

The 24 hour pool and hot tub was great! The breakfast was good. I liked that there was a water fountain, vending machine, and ATM on the main floor.

There was a creaking sound every time the upstairs guests walked. This woke me up several times over our three night stay. The main service of any hotel should be good sleep, but this wasn't able given the noise. The ground around the pool and hot tub also felt dirty and slimy.

ALMOST EVERYTHING! The check in was easy and accommodating. The room was clean, the pillows and bed were great, the building was quiet, the exercise room looked great, the pool was indoors and very clean. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices. We will definitely stay here again.

The comforter on the bed was very warm so we had to turn on the AC to cool the room down so that we could sleep comfortably.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a great value and was delicious. The location just off Pines is secluded and safe, but with easy access to dining and shopping and just a short distance to Spokane or Couer D'Alene.

There was a fair amount of hallway noise, including rather late into the night. This was in large part due to a high school team of some kind that was also staying in the hotel but highlighted that the walls are maybe a bit thin. Using the pool alongside that same group was overwhelmingly loud.
