We really liked that the parking lot was clean and felt secure and safe even though it was downtown. The hotel was nicely renovated and all the staff were unbelievably friendly. We really enjoyed the gym. It was very beautiful and clean and felt very updated. The complimentary breakfast had many different options and I really appreciated that. And the breakfast staff were extremely sweet.

The pool area could use a bit of a face life but that’s small potatoes compared to how good everything else was

Clean. Great location, close drive to Whitworth University and Gonzaga and Riverfront downtown activities. Very courteous, friendly, professional front desk staff, including security. Updated modern room. Great complimentary breakfast... one of the better breakfast fare. No parking fee which I appreciate! Will return to this hotel when traveling to Spokane.

The room was clean & the bed was very comfortable . The staff was very nice & love that they had the free breakfast . The price was reasonable and lastly it was close to the spot we had to go to which was right next door .

The only thing we can think of was there was no fan in the bathroom .

We loved our stay. The staff was super helpful with recommendations of things to do and places to eat. We went to all the places recommended and were very pleased! THANK YOU SO MUCH.

It was awesome place to stay. I loved when I turned on the TV it welcomed me with my name on the screen.

Saturday there's lots of people partying at the bars. Also was hard to find parking when we got back to hotel cause partying bar people was parking in the hotel lot. I saw so many people come get there car from the bars.

The waffle makers,and the add ons for them. Great choice of items,eggs ,sausage, oatmeal, fruits,etc....

No ice bucket at first,or trash can liners,and we found food item in mini fridge. The coffee codiment packs had been opened and some items missing ,so it makes me a little concerned about the overall checkoff list.

The coffee was delicious and we enjoyed the breakfast.. we picked this hotel for the pool and hot tub and weren't disappointed. Liked check out was at noon... Even that extra hour made all the difference.. beds were comfortable.

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay with two small children exceptional. Any issue we had, they quickly and professionally came to our aide. Would 10/10 recommend this location.

The pool was a little too cold.

Comfortable room. Great shower. Nice pool especially on a hot day. Cookies in the evening. Quiet. Great location. Friendly staff (especially Stephanie on check in). Breakfast well stocked.

Whirlpool jets not working. Had to ask for towels for the pool

It was clean, great breakfast, pool and hot tub were enjoyable and staff was wonderful

The bathtub drain was broken and the facet was stuck on shower only so it was hard to bath my toddler.
