Decent breakfast but wish there were a couple more protein options. Room facilities were great! Staff was welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. Always quick to serve.

The area is a little rundown and so if someone had never been to a city environment with homeless and those kinds of things they might find this area intimidating. I never felt unsafe and plenty of people were friendly even in the area as far as going to say hello or good afternoon. As far as the services at the hotel go itself everything was good my only complaint was that breakfast didn't have enough protein options but I also have some dietary sensitivities so what they did have available may have not been pertinent to me.

The room was nice and the bed comfortable. The pillows were full and fluffy. The staff were friendly and helpful, bright eyed for early in teh morning.

The photos showed hot food breakfast as in heated tray which would normally include eggs and some sort of meat. When we got downstairs for breakfast, it had been replaced with waffle machines. There was minimal protien available, just lots of carbs. Minimal seating area for the size of the hotel and very crowded in the breakfast area just trying to get to anything. The parking lot was also very tight.

The Baymont by Wyndham Spokane was just perfect for my partner and I who was staying three nights to visit my partner's auntie and family. We checked in late as we had late flight and found the receptionist RJ very friendly and helpful. My first impressions of the hotel was that it was a gorgeous little find. I loved the Decor it was decorated for Christmas a beautiful tree in the corner and lovely fresh plants dotted around the lobby. Everything was immaculate clean. I really enjoy the complimentary chocolates while I was checking in. The room was very spacious and had a refrigerator a microwave ,TV and coffee machine which was great. We found the bed very very comfortable with lovely fluffy pillows. The bathroom very clean. The shower had lots of power. We love that we were on the ground floor and could just go around the corner to the breakfast area. The breakfast was Continental style perfect for our needs ,lovely pancakes ,Bagels ,toast, orange juice, cereals, yogurt & little croissants to reheat in the microwave. All the staff were very helpful and efficient especially Yasir. Overall a very very pleasant and comfortable stay at a very reasonable price.

Of course, you can’t change the area of the hotel but it could be more inviting and attractive. There is no indication that the parking lot you entered is the front or back of the hotel….no lobby signs or welcome signs. I stopped the first time and wasn’t sure and my GPS said to keep going..left the parking lot and circled the block and came back and there was a person outside who confirmed that this was the right place. Found out at checkin that there was underground parking but no signs outside. Some potted flowers or something to welcome guests would be nice

The person at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and I slept really well. The breakfast area was well stocked and kept clean. Parking was good.

No pool or hot tub. Place was dated but well maintained. Area was kinda sketchy, there was an abandoned fire truck and a few abandoned buildings around it. There were always homeless where we walked but they didn’t bother us.

We’ve stayed here many times and keep coming for a reason. Good rates, friendly & hospitable staff, variety of rooms, continental breakfast is 👍.

This past time only, cleaning was subpar. Musty sent when we entered the room which we aired out eventually by keeping the door open. And the bathroom floor was not cleaned properly - seemed as though too much detergent was used and did not come off - floor was slippery like oil.

Second time staying at property. Great stay first time, this time hotel was a bit noisy as it sounds like they were doing construction on the room next door. Also had room right next to elevator which did not help either. Mini fridge was not so clean, sheets had red stains not sure if it was blood or what. I like the location of the hotel which is why it’s my go to for exploring Spokane. I am not one to complain, would stay again housekeeping just needs to ensure sheets/rooms are cleaned properly.

It may be a somewhat Dated hotel. Or, you can think of it as Retro. I’m going with the latter. I liked it. Really liked the balcony. Coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge are a nice touch. Good breakfast.

A few tiny things not worth mentioning.

Norma at reception made my stay. Had to change booking and when Booking.com gave me the runaround trying to extract cancellation fees, she called them of her own initiative and straightened them out! Then called me back and told me it was all taken care of. She is an exceptional team member!

It was a little farther from the Convention center than I preferred, but the drive wasn't too difficult.

Location was good , breakfast ok

Not enough parking outside, and down garage parking was very tight . Our room was on first floor, right next to pedestrian walking, but room only had one dark curtain type, we couldn’t keep it open because we could be seen from a street. Would be nice if they had 2-nd thin curtains type
