Decent breakfast but wish there were a couple more protein options. Room facilities were great! Staff was welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. Always quick to serve.

The area is a little rundown and so if someone had never been to a city environment with homeless and those kinds of things they might find this area intimidating. I never felt unsafe and plenty of people were friendly even in the area as far as going to say hello or good afternoon. As far as the services at the hotel go itself everything was good my only complaint was that breakfast didn't have enough protein options but I also have some dietary sensitivities so what they did have available may have not been pertinent to me.

Friendly reception, given a better room with a balcony which was a good size. Clean and comfortable. Toiletries included body lotion. Ample parking space. Walking distance to town is about 20 minutes. Guest laundry was welcomed but not mentioned in the list of facilities. Despite being near a main road, traffic noise was not noticeable, only thumping music from cars.

Bathroom is very tight with no shelf or room for personal items. Lots of sockets but they were placed too high to be of use for devices. Sockets in the lamps were too low to fit a multi adapter. WiFi is slow loading.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The area was convenient to get to. Enjoyed the nice little balcony, and the room was spacious enough for us 3 sisters traveling together. Liked that there were a couple of chairs to sit in, and places for luggage, as well as a little refrigerator. It was nice to have breakfast provided. The lobby area was nice and had places to sit outside of the room, and a little outdoor patio area.

The room seemed mostly clean, except for the carpet. The carpet had a red stain by the refrigerator and a dark stain between the beds, which made it feel a little run down. Also, the hairdryer didn't work. If we had been staying longer, we would have asked for a replacement, but we were only staying 1 night.

The location is walking distance to great restaurants and close to freeway About 7 blocks to great walking trails on Spokane River The hotel rates here were much lower than I have paid for other hotels downtown and yet the micro fridge and coffee in room were identical to those in much higher priced hotels nearby that I have stayed at before Amazing value for a clean comfortable room and pleasant staff

The room was nice and the bed comfortable. The pillows were full and fluffy. The staff were friendly and helpful, bright eyed for early in teh morning.

The photos showed hot food breakfast as in heated tray which would normally include eggs and some sort of meat. When we got downstairs for breakfast, it had been replaced with waffle machines. There was minimal protien available, just lots of carbs. Minimal seating area for the size of the hotel and very crowded in the breakfast area just trying to get to anything. The parking lot was also very tight.

The Baymont by Wyndham Spokane was just perfect for my partner and I who was staying three nights to visit my partner's auntie and family. We checked in late as we had late flight and found the receptionist RJ very friendly and helpful. My first impressions of the hotel was that it was a gorgeous little find. I loved the Decor it was decorated for Christmas a beautiful tree in the corner and lovely fresh plants dotted around the lobby. Everything was immaculate clean. I really enjoy the complimentary chocolates while I was checking in. The room was very spacious and had a refrigerator a microwave ,TV and coffee machine which was great. We found the bed very very comfortable with lovely fluffy pillows. The bathroom very clean. The shower had lots of power. We love that we were on the ground floor and could just go around the corner to the breakfast area. The breakfast was Continental style perfect for our needs ,lovely pancakes ,Bagels ,toast, orange juice, cereals, yogurt & little croissants to reheat in the microwave. All the staff were very helpful and efficient especially Yasir. Overall a very very pleasant and comfortable stay at a very reasonable price.

Of course, you can’t change the area of the hotel but it could be more inviting and attractive. There is no indication that the parking lot you entered is the front or back of the hotel….no lobby signs or welcome signs. I stopped the first time and wasn’t sure and my GPS said to keep going..left the parking lot and circled the block and came back and there was a person outside who confirmed that this was the right place. Found out at checkin that there was underground parking but no signs outside. Some potted flowers or something to welcome guests would be nice

Friendly accommodating staff. Clean and spacious room.

The high deposit. Not all outlets worked. Was charged $25 for late check out fee yet didn’t receive an email until day of check out after I had checked out that late check out wasn’t available. I end up booking another day as had unfinished business in town however. The main parking lot is tore up and has been for awhile.

I like the location, the staff, and the rate I get on booking.com I really like that our room was on the main floor and was located at end of hall away from the other rooms

Everything was good except the bathroom smelled like cat pee really bad! I also think the deposit/hold is high, it was more that two nights stay and takes days to get refunded.

The person at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and I slept really well. The breakfast area was well stocked and kept clean. Parking was good.

No pool or hot tub. Place was dated but well maintained. Area was kinda sketchy, there was an abandoned fire truck and a few abandoned buildings around it. There were always homeless where we walked but they didn’t bother us.
