Enjoyed the evening bar and breakfast, as well as the pool and hot tub.

Pool and hot tub should be cleaner. Sauna and steam room weren't working.

Great breakfast...lots of options. Friendly and accommodating staff.

The only thing I would change or request is more than one treadmill in the workout room. This hotel is a few minutes walking distance from the premier indoor track facility in the entire Northwest and there's only one treadmill in the gym. LOTS of runners staying at this hotel on a regular basis. Maybe get rid of one of the elliptical machines and get an additional treadmill.

My wife and I had booked a trip to Spokane for her medical exam. We came from Montana and had got the Amtrak train to Spokane which didn’t get into Spokane until 2:30am.you could imagine my wife and I being extremely tired and needing a decent little bit of sleep. Prior to our trip I had phoned Oxford suits and explained the situation to one of the front desk staff he was called Ben. I explained we wouldn’t be able to check in until 3am due to the late arrival. The staff at Oxford were so accommodating. They allowed me to book the hotel room for the day before my arrival. And allowed my wife and I to check into the hotel in the early hours of the morning on February 8th 2024. Not many hotels allow this type of thing but the Oxford was so understanding and accommodating. The lady that checked us in when we arrived at the hotel was so polite and kind unfortunately didn’t catch her name but she was so kind. My wife and I are so appreciative for the hospitality and we will be sure to stay again the next time we have to come to Spokane. Thankyou so much. The bed was extremely comfortable and was just what we needed after a long night travelling on a train. So thank you so much!

Loved how close it was to the convention center as well as division street!! Overall great location and our room was perfect!! It was next to an exit and the pool, with a perfect view of the parking lot so we could keep and eye on our car. Staff was also lovely and often remembered us when going up to the lobby for help! Also the breakfast and free drinks were amazing and so considerate of the hotel, it made us hang out around the bistro and explore some more.

The room was well appointed and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable. I was able to work and get some sleep as intended.

Since there was a youth volleyball tournament at the convention center, it was overly crowded and loud at the breakfast service. What I thought was complimentary drinks and breakfast was billed as "amenity fee" whether I used it or not.

Everything went well. All of the staff was great but special thanks to Dea for taking such good care of us during our stay. She made sure our bikes were safely inside and Nicole was nice enough to store our luggage when we arrived early. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed, nice shower, and good Wifi. The breakfast was excellent. We really appreciated the freshly made breakfast each morning with lots of choices. The location was perfect for our bike rides and walks since the path is right outside the hotel. We would highly recommend this hotel. We liked it so much that we made sure we stayed at an Oxford Suites when we visited Redding on our way home.

It would have been nice to open the window. I can't think of anything that we didn't like. Fabulous staff, great location, and great amenities made for a most enjoyable time in Spokane.

Nice, and well presented

I know it's important to cover all the bases and overhead but the cost for a room is extreme for anyone on a limited or fixed income. It's important to feel safe and have clean well staffed facilities. It limits my ability to travel and contribute to the overall community. The corporate top heavy decisions will and do affect humanity in a long term projection and the people that provide that steady inflow of revenue are slowly being squeezed out.....there must be ways to limit government taxes and greed and allow a better free flow of economy from the top down. Fear of "not enough", drives this greed and it unfortunately attracts "not enough"!

The facility was very nice. Rooms were good size and cute and comfortable.

We were placed on the first floor a stone’s throw from the front lobby. We could hear everything as people came and went. I booked this a month before we traveled so was a little disappointed we were right off the lobby and backed up to parking spaces in the lot. Next time I’ll know to ask for a higher floor. Coffee was great. Breakfast was so-so.

The room was great- comfortable for 3 adults & 2 kittens. The beds were good. The breakfast was also good-the muffins were great.

The first room we had was on a lower floor- and at 6am-there were kids above us JUMPING off the beds & stomping across the floor- we couldn't sleep until they left their room. After breakfast- we contacted the front desk with our noise complaint- and they immediately moved us to the top floor- which was quiet & lovely.

Very friendly and helpful staff all around. Comfortable, clean, and beautiful room with a very nice view. Comfortable breakfast area with very tasty eggs and sausage patties. Well lit parking. Nice touch of complimentary cocktail in the evening, though we did not take advantage of it.

Would have preferred two tea bags in the room of black tea such as English Breakfast. Not too fond of herbal teas in the am.
