This is the 3rd Davenport hotel we’ve stayed in and we have enjoyed enjoyed our stays and accommodations especially at the Grand and the Heritage moreover than our most recent at the Towers.

We were disappointed that our room didn’t have a simple refrigerator as part of the accommodation, it seems that that item is pretty standard these days. We could never seem to get the room cooled down enough that sleeping was uncomfortably warm both nights and seemed stuffy. The electrical receptacles for plugging in our CPAC machines and Phone Chargers have seen better days as they hardly hold the male plug cord ends when they are plugged in and had to put a support under my Phone Charger just to keep it plugged in.

We had such a wonderful stay! The bed was incredibly comfortable — one of the best night’s sleep I’ve had in a hotel. Room service was hot, fresh, and delicious, which made it so easy to relax and unwind after a long day. But the best part? This hotel is beyond dog friendly. Our pup was welcomed with open arms, and it made traveling with her such a joy. From the cozy accommodations to the thoughtful service, everything was top-notch. Highly recommend this place for both people and their four-legged friends!

Great location for downtown. Staff are friendly and helpful. Pool and SPA are fine and adequate unless you are looking for Olympic style facilities. Restaurant and bar are fine but there are plenty of choices about. The room was large enough and clean. Bed is very comfortable and the bathroom facilities are absolutely fine for a solo traveller. Everything worked and I was able to just concentrate on the business that brought me to Spokane. Nothing to do with the hotel but the UBER service all over the city is first rate compared to Belgrade - my previous week's destination! Didn't have a car but the parking set up and access to the hotel, looked well thought through. Great hotel for business traveller. However, I was told that the other 2 Davenports are well worth a visit and a stay. Next time....

Nothing really. Very good overall and everything worked as described. Being picky.....more coffee in the room would be appreciated although there was a Starbucks in the lobby area.

The hotel is beautiful and comfortable, close to the center of the entertainment district with the park in walking distance. In 2 1/2 days we stayed comfortably busy. The spa at the Historic Davenport was excellent.

The food in both the Tower and the Historic was both overpriced and low quality. I had the "traditional turkey dinner". Very dry and very little gravy for the mashed potatoes which seemed like they came from a box. The French dip was dull and lacked flavor other than salt. I recently had one at a Bob's Burger that was better, hard to believe. My wife thought the fish and chips was very good. Parking is across the street $25@ night. At most facilities there guest parking at no cost.

All of the staff provided exceptional customer service. Hotel manager Travis was a joy, checking in with guests at the bar in the afternoon, then stepping up to serve food and bus tables with a smile when breakfast was short staffed. What a great guy! His commitment seems to inspire every staff member. Rooms were over the top comfortable. I’m already looking for a reason to return

Would appreciate a mini fridge and a footstool in room

Everything here is beautiful, and we felt pampered. The food and service were great. A wonderful experience and short walk to the riverside mall. Very fun to experience an uptown hotel. Also, a super value for the money.

Nothing. It was all good. It would have been great if there was a skywalk between the parking garage and the hotel, but not a big deal. And valet parking was available. we just chose to do it ourselves.

The decor and style of the room was beautifully done and great quality. Everything from the carpeting, bed to the bedding and furniture. The personal signature robes also classy. We enjoyed see animals allowed in the lobby. The Davenport tower is my favorite hotel. My family was impressed. Thanks for making me look good.

The restaurant could have been quicker. They were out of lemonade and the signature dessert and the replacement one as well.

I liked the decor in my room, the amenities and the bed was very comfortable.

The toilet in my room was very low. Also, I ordered dinner to go from the Safari Room. When I got half way through the meal, I realized my grilled chicken pasta had no chicken. The staff offered to replace it but I was already full. They compensated me for the meal.

I love this hotel, it is in the perfect location to walk just about anywhere. The food was really good and the bar was open later if you wanted a night cap. I would definitely stay here again. It was a great place to stay.

Absolutely gorgeous property. Loved every detail and thought it was stunning.

I didnt like how other guests treat your hotel and its staff. I was quite disappointed at how loud and obnoxious guests were and how they took advantage of such a beautiful hotel and its staff. I wish I could apologize on behalf of those who think themselves so entitled.
