Brandi at the front desk was STELLAR. I hope she gets recognized for this because that lady was amazing. Bed was very comfy, she put us in a good room and we barely heard any outside traffic.

Unfortunately, there only downside of the trip was the housekeeping portion. Both of our refillable bottles of soap in the shower were conditioner. We had just come from camping so slightly inconvenient to have to retrieve the right soap from the front desk. The pull out couch bedding was easily visible, but only included a fleece blanket and a naked pillow. There were no linens at all. We had to grab blankets from the car to make sure out kiddo wasn't sleeping on a bare mattress. Gross.

Housekeeping. I always have a shampoo and conditioner with me but if the hotel have those available in the bathroom, I don’t mind using them. Less unpacking for me. However, the shampoo was empty when we checked in so I used mine. I thought they were gonna refill it but they never did. I did not bother requesting because again I had mine. About the floor, they did not sweep or vacuum it. Also they did not refill the used cups. Were these deal breakers? Nope, because overall I still had a great experience and would still want to stay here again if I were to visit Spokane again.

We arrived earlier than check-in time, but the young lady at the reception desk didn't hesitate to let us check-in early as a room was available. That was so nice, and no hesitation about it - meant a lot to us, as we had forgotten that we gained an hour, and the time coming through the border was less than we expected. Anyway, she also was very thorough in explaining the keying system, the wifi password, the breakfast arrangements, etc. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable, with good shower, good wifi, nice sheets and towels. I'm filling this survey out before having the breakfast, but the breakfast room looks very inviting, and I expect the breakfast will be very satisfactory too.

Stayed for a 1 night stopover en route to Seattle. Front desk were excellent- very friendly, accommodating and cheerful. A blueprint for how hospitality should be. Breakfast was great for the price point of this stay and unlimited supply of hot drinks and lemon water 24/7 in lobby.

Nothing bad to say. Read the reviews previously and really there is no need for any trepidation regarding a couple of homeless people across the street. Walk 5 metres in NYC and you would encounter more. They pose no threat and we were happy walking across to the 7/11 for supplies. The hotel is very secure.

This is a newer property and is well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. We were given a quiet upstairs room which we appreciated. We didn’t take advantage of the breakfast, but enjoyed the coffee in the lobby as well as the available ice water.

Coming into the property from Division Street, we missed the driveway the first time and it was a challenge, with so many one way streets to get back around. We did better the second time, but it would have been helpful to have the “back” gate open so we could have gotten in there after our first missed turn.

Property was close to everything and well secured.

Was right off the main road and a lot of homeless walking around but you didn’t feel unsafe on the property at all.

We liked that it was right off the highway, and gated with lots of security cameras. The front desk staff was kind and helpful to us. Our room was pretty clean and well appointed with amenities we always use. I’m not a breakfast eater but hubby is and it was nice that he could grab some food before we had to get on the road again. We’re on a cross country trip and could only stay one night but would have happily stayed more as we’d have loved to use the pool and hot tub! Thank you for a wonderful and comfortable stay! Everything, starting with the lobby and the staff who greeted us. The room was a very good size, very clean, very fresh smelling, very well appointed and very comfortable. The breakfast was good and there is coffee and lemon water in the lobby 24 hrs a day. It is a pet friendly hotel, and the grounds around the hotel are kept very clean and there is plenty of clean area inside the hotel property to walk your dog for potty breaks.

There's nothing I didn't like about this hotel. Would definitely stay there again.

We have stayed at this property three times in the last six weeks, on weekends. We have found it to be comfortable and a great value for the reasonable cost. Free parking, close to downtown and to the freeway, and very quiet inside. The hot breakfast offered was extensive, with great nutritious choices. Having it available 'til ten on the weekends is very appreciated. Coffee is good and available in the lobby 24/7 as well as single-cup in the rooms. Beds are comfortable, and rooms are well equipped.

I called to the desk's attention, when we left, that the sink plug handle was broken, and sharp, and also that the duvet cover had makeup stains, and we wear no makeup. They apologized and said they would refer those comments. No complaints about any of our two night stays.

Everything offered is to standard and very walkable to nearby attractions.

Location right in their downtown and near places where the homeless population is large. We didn't feel unsafe and everyone stayed to themselves just a point so guests understand what they are about to encounter day and night in the vicinity of the hotel. Also do not leave valuables or your vehicle unlocked there was an individual on one of the days checking on vehicles in the parking lot to see if they were unlocked to possibly take items from. The police were called by the hotel. Overall the hotel is nice, new and a good value however the area where it is located is just dirty.
