I enjoyed the free champagne while waiting in a huge line to check in. My check in went really smooth and they were super helpful in getting my rewards account linked to my stay. Very kind on phone when having to call for help or questions. On the downside the fridge on our room did it keep food cold period so had to throw away some amazing leftovers from the restaurant downstairs. Also no blanket on the room, just felt like sheets on the bed. We ended up covering ourselves with the robes in the closet since we like to sleep in a cold room but cozy under blankets.

I like the location, the spaciousness of the rooms, and the view. The receptionist at the check in desk, Sunny was very friendly and helpful.

Because it’s located in downtown, you can hear loud cars driving by periodically. Washing basin and toilet bowl are all cracked. The toilet seat is very uncomfortable. The housekeeping staff are not well trained and provides spotty service. The elevators are very slow and unreliable. This hotel can use an update. The hotel stay per night costs a lot but doesn’t meet the standard for that price range.

I made a late reservation just before NYE and asked if we could get a room with a view of Riverfront park to watch the fireworks display. They were so kind to acknowledge the request in a pre-check in email and said it would be addressed at check in. When we checked in, the young lady was so kind personable and polite the service was amazing. She said she did get us a room with a view of the park so we could watch the fireworks display. My wife was super excited with the floor we were on and our view. The fireworks were amazing. The room was amazing. She (we) were so pleased we likely will make it a tradition for us going forward to stay at the Davenport Grand on NYE to watch the fireworks display.

My wife and I have stayed here before to see a show across the street. Staff was great. Breakfast the next morning was wonderful. Great service. Used the valet service and that just made our stay more carefree.

Unable to stay longer. Not enough time to take advantage of the spa. Not enough time to have dinner in the restaurant. Non alcoholic beer selection leaves something to be desired.

We did not stay at the Davenport Grand....We stayed at the Historic Davenport in downtown Spokane. There are four Davenport hotels in Spokane which we were not aware of and we booked not knowing it was the wrong one. We had to go to the Grand to cancel then went back to the Historic where they gave us a suite, we had drinks in the bar and we had an amazing dinner. It was a special occasion and it was perfect.

I did not like that there were four hotels with Davenport attached to it and we got the wrong one. LOL

This had the look and feel of a five-star luxury hotel without enormously high room cost. Every detail was taken into consideration, from the lobby area to the hallways it was very clean and stylish. The outdoor patio with staffed bar was a nice surprise that overlooked the park, we actually found ourselves staying at the hotel longer than we normally would.

If I had to point out one thing, it would be the shower water pressure was a bit low.

Location was good centrally located downtown for all festivities. Room was clean and comfortable with housekeeping being right on it in the morning. Restaurant was good but not spectacular same with the bar.

The showerhead was a rain style head but put on like a regular head so pressure wasn't fantastic also we were on the 8th floor and could still hear loud vehicles like we were on the street thank God I brought ear plugs.

Gorgeous hotel, pleasant staff. Great lobby bar, great gym, lovely terrace opposite the wonderful Riverside Park. Beautifully appointed public spaces. Nice sitting area in the room to read!

Seemed like there was always a long line at check-in on this very popular weekend. I was fortunate to arrive at a quiet time! For me I could only wish the architect had put the terrace on the roof. And a huge brunch on Sundays would be awesome. Wishing, not complaining!

Great location - well designed.

Bar/lounge area was poorly staffed. The staff were really nice, but had no idea how to make simple drinks. I had heard so many good things and was very disappointed. Especially for the cost - you would think you could get an old fashioned or a wine spritzer… but I guess not. Oh and in hot glasses - the whole thing was very strange.

Great location in downtown Spokane. Walking distance to many great venues. Plenty of street parking options plus valet parking if you wish. Check in was a breeze, the room was spacious and well appointed. Recently renovated, the beds were soft as advertised and the shower was large and clean.

I felt that for US$250 breakfast should’ve been included with the room.
