I liked the location and the recent updates to the hotel. The pool was amazing—definitely the best part. The coffee shop was a bit expensive, but I appreciated having an alternative to the restaurant.

The room was warm but not unbearable. I believe the heat was due to it being poolside and facing the afternoon sun. Housekeeping opened the blinds on the first day, so I chose not to have them come in on the second day, which made a big difference in keeping the room cooler. I also didn’t appreciate the 20-minute wait to check in. Even though I checked in online, there was no option for a digital key to bypass the front desk. Additionally, signage throughout the property was lacking or non-existent.

I liked that the property was conveniently located in all the spots that I needed to be on my trip. I’ve stayed at that hotel before in the past before it was owned by the Davenport and they used to have a indoor pool and hot tub. I would highly suggest bringing back the indoor hot tub

I was located in a room that was facing towards the lobby, which was totally fine however at 7 AM in the morning when the music in the lobby went on, you definitely could hear that loudly in my room. I would suggest waiting to start the music till later in the morning and orpossibly putting on different types of more soothing music.

I loved the location - right next to the old World's Fair Grounds with all kinds of things to do - running path, gondola ride, concert venue. Right in the heart of the city and next to downtown with all of it's shops and restaurants. I hadn't been to Spokane before this trip and was quite impressed.

I ended up getting double charged for the room - initially by Booking and then again by the hotel. I am sure they will fix this but it is just a bit of a hassle to have to call to straighten this out.

The pool area is fantastic. The property had actually been over booked so we were booked at their sister property the Davenport Grand. The combination of getting to use the Centennial’s pool with the upgraded hotel was wonderful.

Both facilities seemed short staffed. When attempting to access the pool there was no one at the front desk of the Centennial. When attempting to get our car from parking we often had to wait as there was no one answering the phone at the service desk.

The staff are very well trained and everyone was quite friendly.

I was awoken in the night be some loud noises that stopped periodically and then came back again. I couldn't figure out where it was coming from. The next morning I asked to change rooms and the front desk did it quickly and without questioning why. I think that maybe they had had this complaint before? Which then begs the question, if someone else had complained then why was the room reassigned before the problem was fixed?

Location is a big draw. We had lunch at the hotel and it was excellent! The elevators were fast and always available. Front desk people were knowledgeable, extremely friendly and responsive to every request. The room was comfy and air conditioning easy to control. Liked the soap and lotion dispensers. Check out was easy through text.

Housekeeping was short staffed and our room was never made up (we stayed 3 nights). Finally had to ask for fresh towels which were provided. Too many emails were sent after booking the rooms.

The rooms are really clean and staff is helpful.

I did have an incident with some staff that were standing outside of the elevator and it appeared as if they were getting on it so when the door opened I asked them if they needed to get on that could wait for the next one and they both just stared at me. It made me uncomfortable and neither of them answered me so i just got on the elevator. But in general the staff are great and work hard.

Big pool, comfortable bed and nice view from balcony. Walking distance from park.

The hours for the pool were annoying. 9am-9pm is not enough time. We got up early to try and be alone in the pool for a little bit but someone took their kids out there at exactly 9am. 9pm is too early if it was open later there would hopefully be some time that there wouldn’t be kids being loud and splashing around.

Our room was clean and nice. The KING size bed was amazing, cushy, excellent pillows. nice linens, very comfortable. We slept like the dead. The ONLY drawbacks were the doors slammed shut, they ALL need to be adjusted. The neighbor noise was a little off putting. And the restaurant service was not very stellar. With that said, we did not eat breakfast, we checked out at noon and we were on the road home a little after checkout.

The door slamming was obnoxious, the restaurant service was not that GREAT, not terrible, but we did have to ask a couple of times for things we had already ordered.

Given a room on the north side when we requested it; one can hear the Stadium concert! Desk staff was professional and nice. Enjoyable esthetic interior architecture.

Dirt around the bathroom door; windows very dirty; we bought 2 scoops of ice cream: $12.84?????????????????? The pool is larger than most--lapable--but open a dismal 9am-9pm; please consider an early window of time for early lap swim.
