The bed was comfortable, amazing Loccitaine bath products, robes (didn't use), fridge, easy street parking, nice location near shopping and river, neat historical building, staff tried to help with room temp problems.

AC barely worked in our room. The front desk offered a fan. The code to get into the front door did not work. We were there on Bloomsday and it would have been nice if the staff had warned guests that our cars would be trapped downtown. I barely made it to my daughter's soccer game on time. I was not aware that parking on the street behind the hotel would be trapped due to race road closures. Microwave in the room would have been a bonus.

We thought the Spokane Club was charming. Very old school and in need of renovation but the location and rate were great and staff was lovely. Cleaning in particular. I'm a bit of a hotel snob but it was better than expected -- enjoyed having facilities on site (including sauna and steam room) and all the old photographs of how the Spokane Club was truly one of the first properties in the area -- 1890! If they had more rooms with two beds I would encourage our kids' volleyball club (the reason we were in Spokane) to have all the teams stay there for this tournament -- particularly since they have a full size gym/basketball court! They happily provided a roll-away, however (which was set up when we arrived, which I appreciate), since I was sharing the room with the friend. Now my "go to" place to stay in Spokane.

The parking wasn't on-site but I knew that -- it was closer than I had expected based on other reviews (only like a block and a half) and secure. We walked there at 11 pm and didn't feel like it was "seedy".

This was my second stay at this hotel, and I will stay here again next time I'm traveling through Spokane. I love the downtown location because you have good public transit in the downtown area. The hotel was clean, as always. The room was spacious, and even though it was a bit worn down, I prefer an older, well-made room to cheap Ikea decor. I also enjoyed the view from my room, and the staff was really helpful. And I love the L'occitane body care they provide.

The only issue was that the room was a bit too cold when I arrived, but it got warmer after I turned off the AC. The staff helped me figure that out, though.

Love the charm of this beautiful old building. Rooms are small but have updated amenities and are comfortable. Great view of the falls and city from our 3rd floor room.

The parking facility was nice but a long hike from the Spokane Club. It also felt sketchy walking there due to the number of vagrants that seemed to hang out nearby. Would love to see a closer parking facility or a valet service to go park the car.

Location Location Location Staff super great and the room is clean and comfortable. Will definitely be back again.

Two tv remotes and no instructions on how to use, getting back to just live tv and trying to get the guide was a pain. The front door still being locked at 1030 am, inconvenient when having to drop off parking lot key, and no one at the front desk each time Ive checked out, can hear them in the back room, bt its checkout time....should be available for any issues.

Everything was wonderful. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, great downtown location. Good value and price for a downtown hotel.

Wished we could have stayed longer to enjoy the club amenities. (That’s an us issue not the hotel) We also didn’t get to enjoy the restaurant. We had planned to eat breakfast in the hotel before checking out but it did not open until 11am. Hours may be different for weekends but that was disappointing.

The hotel is a beautiful historical place. My room was very quiet and well equipped. I appreciated the on-site restaurant and lounge, as well as the available secure parking . The location was very convenient, easy walking distance to shopping and restaurants, yet it was in a very quiet area. Loved the Spokane Club. Will definitely look into it's availability when returning to Spokane.

Lovely boutique hotel in an historic building in downtown Spokane. Great location for the mall and resturants. Included access to a large sports facility - would be great to use during a longer stay! Great shower in room.

Parking is a block away, but you can bring your bags from a load/unload space. Rooms are on the small side due to the old building.

Fabulous Service! And a birds-eye view of New Year Fireworks! I had a difficult work deadline, and the Front Desk Manager got me into a quiet room where I could work and enjoy my New Year's Eve. The restaurant staff made sure I was set with a yummy dinner AND a nice bottle of wine. The bed was super cozy. I plan to make this my work place for future escapes!

We loved the character of the whole building. It was warm and inviting and historic. The people who worked there were also very nice. Club facilities were cool.

Outside of the building was on a busy street. The car noise was tolerable though. The drummer out on the street one night was too much. But he stopped right on time to meet the city noise ordinance so can’t complain too much. Bathroom needs a few updates.
