The location was great for exploring downtown, Riverfront Park, and the falls. Every staff person we encountered was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed, including a shower that had body jets as well as the regular shower head which was wonderful! There were also lots of outlets in the room. Breakfast included bacon, eggs, biscuits and gravy, pancakes, cereal, breads, and more. There were cookies and milk in the evenings which was a nice treat. We stayed over the Fourth of July and they had outdoor seating that provided a front row viewing experience for the city's amazing fireworks show. We enjoyed our stay very much!

The elevator made lots of noises that made us a little nervous, but it was never an issue. There is no pool or hot tub so keep that in mind when booking. We knew this prior to our stay so it wasn't a big deal to us.

Very clean room, beautiful patio out front, free breakfast with the stay, and key fob entry to the lobby bathrooms, milk and cookies, delicious coffee.

Parking was difficult to get once the parking lot got filled. Being located next to Division Ave.; the night was steadily distrupted, as I was constantly awoken by the sound of motorcycles and vehicles revving at the stoplight below the hotel. The elevator sounded and felt like it was ready to break down at any given moment.

We LOVED the view! The room was nice and big. The staff accommodated us needing to stay another night. We felt secure because the front doors are locked at night. Coffee available 24 hours. Just wonderful!

Their parking lot is small. Thats the only negative thing we experienced. There is ample parking in the afternoons but if you come in late, the parking lot is full. A staff member offered to move her car for us to park there.

It was a very nice facility and was very clean. I was impressed when I walked in. Free breakfast was very good with many options. It exceeded my expectations. My room was spacious and well maintained. The toiletries were all Dove products, which was nice.

There was nothing that I did not like about this location and my accommodations. As I said above, it exceeded my expectations. I was surprised and delighted!

We had a wonderful stay! The various food options were much appreciated (breakfast, cookies, manager's receptions), and the lobby was a great place to sit and drink some coffee while getting some work done or playing a game. Everything was clean and the beds were really comfy!

The only thing that would make this hotel better is a pool, otherwise it was fantastic.

Staffs at the front desk were very friendly and accomodating. They made my birthday trip extra special by giving me a complimentary wine and room upgrade. They go above and beyond to make Guests happy. The bed was very comfortable that gave that sleep comfort i needed. The breakfast was amazing! HI will be my favorite hotel from now on. Thank holiday inn!

Love everything

The staff were ALL so friendly, from our check-in desk experience to the breakfast staff. Everyone went the extra mile to serve all the guests. The room was wonderfully clean and fresh smelling when we arrived, and also looked updated and fresh.

I was sorry there was no bathtub for soak in, but other than that it was all exceptional!

The location of this property is perfect. It’s easy to find everything and close to the downtown.

There was nothing that I didn’t like. I know that most hotels are eliminating personal toiletries and going to large bottles of soap, body wash, shampoo, etc so if you like having your own, then I would suggest bringing them.

The breakfast and accommodations at the hotel were wonderful! The cookies and milk in the evenings was a kind treat and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Our only frustrations were that we had to take a taxi from the airport to get to the hotel (which ended up costing us $60), since there's no shuttle service and the workout space/gym was very small- not enough space for everyone who wanted to use it.

The fitness room was a little small, but we were happy it had at least one treadmill
