Great CLEAN economical place to stay! Only a few years old, with distance to nearby hospitals. The hotel offers a discount to those whose stay is due to visiting family/friends in hospital. I stayed for two weeks while my brother was at MultiCare Deaconess. The staff was so kind and went out of their way while I was there. I cannot recommend it more to visiting family/friends.

I honestly cannot think of something I didn’t care for at the hotel. I didn’t visit the pool or gym. No complaints-how often does that happen?!

The hotel was almost perfect. The location is good, the staff kind and professional, the rooms were spacious and the beds comfy.

The pool room and water were way too cold. We only went once because of that. The sound proofing in the rooms - I recognize it's near the highway and hospital so some noise is unavoidable, but it seemed like there was no attempt to try and account for that in room design.

A modern and easy to find Hotel on our way to Seattle from Canada.The room was of a decent size,very clean with comfy beds.There's plenty of parking .The staff was very helpful and friendly.The gym is very well equipped and the swimming pool was an excellent addition.Good breakfast was provided.Up the road from the hotel,just a 15-20min walk is Manito park which I highly recommend to visit.

Clean, friendly, great quality, room service was excellent, 24/hr pool, breakfast was BOMB, great views while eating.

In the middle of the night, someone walked by my room and was able to unlock and open my door. I called the front desk at 3am and was worried. The guy was very polite and did not hesitate to get me new key cards and re set the lock. He provided comfort.

The hotel was awesome, staff were friendly, the hotel was very clean, modern and in great shape, seemed almost new. The beds were very comfortable, breakfast was good. The pool area was exceptionally clean and although a little on the small side was still very nice. Wifi was also very good.

The parking garage was a little tight for someone with a truck but was overall pretty good. The roads around the hotel really could use some fixing up. I thought the price for a 2 night stay was a little on the expensive side, but you get what you pay for.

I like the location and appreciate aesthetics and beautiful design in the hotel. Also I like that they provide a crib for our baby. Hotel smells wonderful!

I wish they would clean rooms mode often than every four days. The biggest disappointment is super hard beds. My husband and I woke up with massive backaches. We traveled quite a bit and those beds probably are most uncomfortable. They are really hard as a rock. It was uncomfortable to sleep.

The location is convenient and close to many places. The hotel, staff, rooms, especially the breakfast was superb!! We as a family love staying at the Hampton Inn!! It’s always felt like a relaxing vacation! Also a great hotel to unwind and also have fun! The cost for the hotel is also very reasonable!! Especially for the experience and continuing awesome experiences we’ve had!! It’s definitely one of our favorite hotels!!

The hotel is new and beautiful. Rooms are spacious with comfy beds. The staff is outstanding.

While a lot is in place for security, the multi-level parking garage was a miss for me. Also, I heard a lot of noise from the floor above and near my room.

Breakfast was fantastic. The bathroom was also lovely.Appreciated the lounge chair in the room, and the multiple places to charge our phones.Also, thanks for letting us check in early due to mom's emergency at that hospital. It was a great help!

It would have been nice to have an additional firm pillow. And maybe I'm just old, but a pillow top mattress is a great way to sleep.

It is a new hotel and we had a great view. I was a little confused as I know Spokane and could not picture a Hampton In Downtown. It is not truly downtown in the bar/restaurant scene, it is across the freeway on the hill by Sacred Heart Hospital. That didn't both us but you couldn't really walk from downtown if that is what somebody wants. I will definitely stay there again.
