The staff were always super helpful especially Nick! Even before I checked in, I called about early check-in and if there was a place to store my luggage since my flight was arriving earlier than the checkin time. Nick was super helpful and I felt at ease about the situation. Sometimes texting the staff at night was unreliable but that’s okay, I get it. The building was in a perfect location to the convention center and not too far from shopping and restaurants. I appreciated the coffee and tea always being available. Additionally, it was always a pleasant treat to grab breakfast before I headed out in the mornings. I stayed there three days and I appreciated the convenience and comfort of the room. The beds were so comfortable and I slept peacefully after long days!

The extra blanket in my room was dirty and there were some grimey areas on the walls but not too terrible but there should be some extra care/cleaning placed in some areas and always make sure visitors have clean blankets in the closet. Also, there were some sketchy outside people coming in and out of the lobby for coffee and tea. They didn’t bother our group but still made us feel a bit uneasy.

Loved the layout of the room and the two bathrooms! We also enjoyed the jetted tub. Bed was comfortable and location of hotel was very convenient. Loved that you supply a notebook in the room with information that we found useful. We called the front desk and asked for more towels (we stayed three nights and did not request maid services during our stay) so someone from your staff delivered a bunch of nice clean towels and even warmed them for us!!! Super appreciated.. We enjoyed New Year's Eve on the balcony watching a spectacular fireworks show from Riverfront park! It was a wonderful 3 night mini vacation for us and we have stayed in many different hotels over the years in Spokane, and we now will be loyal guests/customers to your hotel only! The only negative was that you didn't have any drinks/sodas on our floor with the snack vending machine. We were on 4th floor and the only floor that had drinks/sodas was the 2nd floor, which we went in search of and found finally. Not a huge deal, but would of been super convenient for us, as we are soda drinkers.

Location close to the pet hospital where my dog needed to be. I liked that the best western plus was friendly and the staff all interacted with the guests and their fur babies. The facility was a very clean comfortable pet friendly place . Tania went above and beyond to make our stay awesome. The housekeeper was very quick and helpful with our room swap. The young man in the kitchen allowed us to enjoy our breakfast even though the breakfast just ended. Our two day stay was very nice due to all the staff accommodating to our needs. Thank you all so much. We will be staying there again in the future.

breakfast was great and lots of options. coffee was very good! Staff is super friendly and helpful and the hotel and rooms were very clean.

The bed was a little too firm for my taste. The only real complaint was the AC seemed to be on motion sensor and we got hot several times overnight. One of us got up and then it got colder until it got hot again. I will say that I did NOT call down to the front desk to ask if anything could be done and I should have at least done that to see if it could be remedied.

The friendly older gentleman that is in the breakfast area making sure everything is stocked and clean.he always has a smile on his face and always so friendly

The gentleman that was checking people seemed like since we walked in he was determined to give us a bad time and he sure did.we have been coming to this hotel for years always around the same time to do our back to school shopping.the staff was always so nice and helpful never had a issue with checking in or with our pet and this stay was different according to the gentleman we can not leav our pet in the room unless someone was staying with him wich we have never had to do.

The staff was very friendly and helpful- everyone from the front desk staff to the maintenance people. It was in close proximity to the restaurants and Riverfront park.

The noise from traffic on Saturday night was very loud. The hotel sits on a busy corner. We are both very light sleepers and at 1:30am called the front desk about a quieter room. He was polite and offered ear plugs but told us we were on the quieter side. The hotel sits close to a lot of night activities. We didn’t anticipate the sounds of cars racing and loud mufflers until 3 am. Sunday was MUCH better in terms of noise. A little warning about the traffic noise would be awesome. Hotels in other busy streeets often just supply rooms with ear plugs and a warning. Also, the beds were a little hard for our liking but I realize that’s very subjective.

Weather outside was single digit into the low teens. The lounge across from the breakfast tables, and near the front desk had a gas fireplace that was warming visually and actually every time I entered and exited. I was at a meeting at the Spokane Convention center for five days.

Clean room, amazing tub, comfy bed, great breakfast and friendly staff, quiet.

The TV was a little wonky. Music channels kept stopping. We got charged for an early check-in fee even though we couldn't check in til 2pm we are going to call and hopefully get it fixed.

The breakfast was awesome! Every time I come to Spokane I stay at the Best Western Plus and the breakfast is one of reasons why.

Well the parking lot is to small and the individual parking spaces are to tight but I know it can't be helped

Located in the most convenient spot for us. Stuff are friendly and professional. Room was clean and got cleaned perfectly each day.

The only thing was room temperature. When I turned on A/C, the room got as cold as 62 degrees even though temperature setting was 74.
