The scenery was great. Riverfront park was across the street from us. GREAT VIEWS of the river/lake.

I didn’t like that our bath tub was backed up. We had to call down to the desk & have someone come fix it. It looked like sewer in our bath tub. Mind you, We were gone all day and came back to that in our bath tub which is disgusting. After he fixed it he didn’t even clean it which was a red flag, I didn’t even want to shower in it after that. Also 4th of July we were sitting behind the hotel to watch fireworks with our 4 kids and whole group of people came running and yelled at everyone to get down and everyone panicked and ran. It was unfortunate that that was our first trip to Washington & that happened.

The hotel is very nice and centrally located.

Parking is $25 a night and that just doesn’t sit well with me at this price point. In addition, it’s far enough away that it’s a bit of a trek from car to room. There is not a lot of parking spots for unloading, because for some reason the hotel dedicates just as many spots to “reserved.” Breakfast should be included at this price point. It’s ridiculous to charge $22 (I think that’s what it was) per person for a breakfast. Once you add in a car and breakfast for two people you are tacking on an additional $100 per day to stay here. Although it’s a nice place, next time I am going to seek out better value and forego the convenience of the location.

I've stayed at this hotel a lot over the years and have always been pleased. The restaurant prices are really high but I'm still getting used to that. My spouse has mobility issues so the convenience was helpful. Parking garage is also a plus.

Better instructions as to where all the amenities are. A booklet in the room would help. Also a printed guide to the TV stations would be nice. Also a weather protected walkway to the nextdoor venue would really be nice.

The view was good of the river, the bed was so comfortable. The location is by a lot of things. There was a girl in training who was very kind.

We had to pay for parking which is unbelievable to us and the 15 minute parking wasn't available because people parked there all night. The front desk kid could not help us with that. We had to leave our car in a garage and had lots of things in it that we were unable to carry inside. I would not stay here again for that reason and no breakfast, you had to pay for breakfast at a cafe when all our other hotels we received a great complimentary breakfast. I'll do better on my research next time. Be careful of the homeless sleeping in the riverfront park, some had knives.

location was fantastic, great room , nice amenities, friendly staff, cookies offered more than once, parking convenient but I thought pricey, would definitely stay again

We initially said , no housekeeping needed, I changed my mind the next morning and before heading off to conference called front desk and asked for housekeeping so we could have fresh towels, coffee etc however no one ever serviced our room the 2 remaining day. We stopped housekeeping in the hallway and got towels and coffee

The property was nice, the staff was excellent, pleasant and very helpful.Parking was great and nearby.Downtown was within walking distance as was the beautiful park and river promenade.Would definitely recommend to stay there.

Breakfast was so so, expensive for the limited selection on the buffet buffet.I understood later that the breakfast restaurant was privately run not by the hotel. overall was just ok but the staff was very nice and accommodating

My work was at the conference center, so the location was spot on. The desk staff was friendly and efficient. The manager was great! The cafe staff was friendly and efficient. The staff at Spencer's is excellent. Overall, a very good experience for me.

The lobby looks dated to me, and the Starbucks was not as delicious as usual.

The staff makes you feel right at home with their welcoming smiles. The rooms offer a peaceful escape from the everyday hustle, so quiet you could hear a pin drop. And those warm cookies? Let's just say they're dangerously delicious. You'll want to grab a few extra for later, trust me. It's the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway.

There is really nothing to not like.

Typical Doubletree property. Met my expectations.

Overpriced for the location - group rate rooms were $249 night with a 2 night jr suite stay over $800. Parking was overpriced at $25/night - even for having to park out front in uncovered essentially on street parking - because the 'accessible' spaces in the garage were a long way from the hotel. Very expensive stay for a weekend meeting where participants pay their own way. FYI - we regularly stay at the Doubletree SeaTac Airport for group rates of $189/night with Jr. Suites at less than $600.

We drove to Spokane for a broadway play. Best part was we could to theater from hotel. A number of people were headed in that same direction so we felt safe. Nice to have dinning at the Hotel-great food at Spencer terrific service. Parking in garage was clean but wondered about security. Car was safe and sound in the am. It made us feel good that there is extra security downtown Spokane. Room was very clean, bed comfortable. We had everything we needed.

Nothing comes to mind.
