Location was great right off freeway but u couldn't hear the noise from it, really close to restaurants as well

I didn't like the fact that my $50 deposit was not refunded back to my card and I have not been told why. Nothing happened for it to be kept , no smoking or missing towels no damage was done at all and i went back and stayed there again after and was told i was put on a do not rent list however they still gave me the room . It is impossible to talk to someone in charge that makes the decision to refund or not but in my case there was no reason to keep my deposit . I have managed a hotel for 4 years and never would I keep a deposit if not needed to cover damage or missing property

I loved the location and the staff was always willing on helping if they could ..... I personally love this motel out of any of them in Spokane ... Great value.... I do wish they had the pool open but that's a temporary thing I hope ..... Oh and there is no mini fridges in most the rooms ..... I feel like that is a necessity!

I didn't like the mini fridge issue but it I is is Central to a lot of different fast food and places to eat within walking distance....

Just doing another edit to my review because they don't have a pool at this one it's the east or the West location that has the pool that shut down so this one is great I love the location

Only thing I could say I didn't like was not having a mini fridge or microwave or anything like that in the room makes it a little difficult when you're staying for long periods but it's cool because the staff are really nice okay

The management was great, and the day crew are amazing people. It was easy to rebook and pay and when we had some trouble paying on time they were very nice about it. We especially loved Heather and Daniel 2 of the best employees ever!!! I do recommend this motel over the surrounding hotels. 10/10 highly recommended!!!!

Bryan who works nights was always rude to us, he wouldn’t let my husband get a key card if I wasn’t with him.

Very simple and quick check in. The front Desk staff was super polite and inviting, sufficient. For the cost of my stay it was a Great Stay. Relaxing, and Definitely will return.

… The Cold Weather.( Tee hee hee) But as far as the Room. The only thing that comes to mind is a softer bed. Or pillow top cover. But for the cost of Room. That’s ridiculous to expect.

Despite some negative reviews, I was pleasantly surprised. The room was very clean, the air conditioner was loud but did the job super well, the bed was tough but slept like a baby, the ice machine downstairs was powerful which saved me a few bucks as I refilled my cooler for the next long leg of my drive. The reception guy was great and helpful (hi Davis!). No complaints whatsoever. Doesn’t get better value for money.

Staff was nice and helpful, the location is ok.

This is the 2nd time I've stayed at this location and both times the room wasn't very clean this stay I'd have to say is worse I needed to clean the bathroom before using it.

Staff was amazing I was treated so well and when I checked out I let the front desk know about a few issues in my room and they thanked me for telling them and told me they were glad to have me as a guest which I appreciated that.

I had to go get rekeyed almost every day and being all the way down in 235 it was a long walk

The Employees are always welcoming as well as eager to assist with whatever my needs intel. Love that having my pet/pets at no charge makes it stress free and Something else i don't need to worry about.
