Nightlight in bathroom was great to see in the dark. Room was adequate size but not extra large. TV provided good service. Friendly check-in and out. Ample parking.

Refrigerator was left up so all our food froze and was unedible. Bathroom sink was super loud, even in the main space. Shower got cold randomly throughout but would get hot again. Every outlet in the room had things plugged into it, so the only thing to use were the outlets on the lamps. Bathroom door was either fully open or fully closed, didnt crack.

Among the budget hotels we've stayed at (and the list is pretty long), this facility is a hidden gem. Everything was super clean and appeared new. The continental breakfast was much better than what those words usually mean. And the bed was comfortable. The staff put forth extra effort to see that we were given a quieter room.

In this rare case, I really don't know of anything to complain about. OK, the breakfast sandwiches were frozen, but we know how to defrost them with the microwave.

Location was convenient for us. A public bus was nearby that went to the downtown so we didn't have to bother with finding car parking in downtown area. Room was very clean, nicely appointed and quite large for a basic queen room. Complimentary fresh baked cookies and popcorn at reception were a thoughtful bonus. Very good value for the tariff. Would recommend.

Motel was on a high traffic main road. However, we asked for a room at the rear of the property and therefore it was quiet.

Comfortable bed. Clean room.

Rude staff in evening (almost slept in car for refusal to accept me). No staff in morning to ask for coffee pods for room and no coffee downstairs until 6am (had to leave at 5:45a). Only coffee, no decaf in room. One coffee pod busted open and couldn't replace. Pool and fitness center closed so no work out. No toiletries on site so couldn't brush hair or teeth (last minute trip). Breakfast was only packaged items accept the toast.

The room was quite nice, very comfortable, probably the best Days Inn I have stayed in. The Inn is right along the main highway coming into Spokane from the north.

I didn't realize (or didn't remember, if I was told ) that the breakfast is only served until 9:00 or 9:30 AM, and I missed it by a few minutes. Everything was completely put away by the time I arrived, so I had to go on my way with a growling stomach. The parking area in the front is very crowed, with pretty tight parking spaces. I didn't know there were some parking spaces available around the back until I saw them the next morning.

This was a great hotel stay - in a bit of a run-down area. When I arrived, I'd noticed that the area seemed a little too full of bail-bond shops and pawn-style shops. As soon as I crossed the threshold of the office, all this was banished from my mind. Luke, the excellent on-duty reception guy, made me very welcome and got me assigned a room in quick time. He also offered me complimentary cookies (which were excellent) - and let me know that freshly made popcorn would be available later! The room was excellent - spotlessly clean and really well-appointed. Brilliant bathroom and shower - fast Wi-Fi - everything was top-notch. The complimentary breakfast was simple but good and nutritious - the coffee was excellent. This hotel is definitely on my list of places to stay if I'm in Spokane again.

The area feels a little run-down, but there's nothing the hotel can do about that.

front desk staff were friendly & respectful. Breakfast was nicely set out. Coffee carafe/pump was immediately replaced when empty. Quiet & clean lobby. spacious parking lot. Overall great stay & excellent price. Will definitely stay there again when visiting Spokane from Canada 🇨🇦

I was bummed the pool was closed. I did not know that when I booked. This isn't a deal breaker as I came in early morning and checked out at 11am. So not enough time to use the pool anyways. And when I stay again. I know to call and ask first. I would like to stay with my kids and family at some point.

The lo location the rooms were appropriate for what we paid for them I like that they were able to take either cash or card payment with cash there was a deposit but with card there wasn't and the fact that they were last minute we had to make the last minute reservation because the Best Western in Spokane Washington didn't tell us about a $250 deposit that we had to pay to stay there so we got all the way to town and had nowhere to go so I like the fact that they got us in right away

It could have been cleaner there were hairs and dirt on the floor in the bathroom and some things hadn't been cleaned off in a long time also the staff could have been a lot from here they were rather rude snappy little bit irritated like they were too good to be there and didn't want to be but other than that it was great watch out car

Comfortable beds, clean, quiet..loved that we had the main floor close to the admissions and that our room faced trees. popcorn was nice. Staff helped right away with a small problem. Nice that there was tea since no decaf coffee.

Could have used a lamp on the desk and a bar of soap. A pen in the room with a small pad of paper is handy. there was no decaf coffee, but I suppose I could have asked, but didn't. Location was good for my appointments. Continental breakfast was bad! could have had an apple or banana..a whole wheat bagel or something healthy.
