* ROOM was super clean! Loved that! The bed was like perfect - like sleeping on a cloud! Thank you! I left a good tip for the maid. * BREAKFAST: I was given a food voucher to eat for free at the Denny's restaurant next-door to the hotel (Silver Stone Inn & Suites). * CLEAN: The entire room and hotel was SO clean! Great housekeeping team! Thank you. I will be a repeat customer for sure!

The front desk clerk did well handling each person individually as they arrived. A second dest clerk would have taken the pressure off of her, though. She graciously dealt with one traveler that had on-line payment issues and explained the situation well to that customer. The hotel clerk was pleasant the whole time. I was disappointed that no elevator was available, but I didn't complain. The two flights of stairs were easy to climb.

The room was large and there were doors in between two sections of the room. One of the front desk girls was very nice.

It was dark, the lamps weren't that great. The second door did not work with the key card, eliminating the convenience of having two doors. One of the front desk girls was kind of rude to my friend when she came into the hotel. Saying that if we were loud she would kick everyone out. I only had 6 people there (2 people for each bed) and we definitely were not loud. And we made sure to pay attention and keep it down after 10:30

When I checked in I was given a voucher for Breakfast. I had to ask for another one, finding out when I checked in they should have given me a voucher for all the days of my stay, according to a staff member when I asked for another voucher. I was a little upset when I received a copy of my bill that I was charged and additional $7 for a voucher that I should have received when I checked in

Nice big and clean room. Loved to have a breakfast at Denny's! It beats the usual breakfast options in a hotel. You couldn't hear the big highway which was really close. So that was good! Staff was very friendly. So overall a really good deal for the money you pay.

Inside the hotel you hear noise from the showers or the heatingsystem. But because it was still relatively monotonous I did fall asleep easily with my earplugs in.

The vouchers for Denny’s breakfast was the highlight of the stay. The beds were really comfy, slept like a rock.

Unfortunately missed out on the hot tub and pool only open until 10pm. The bathroom ran out of toilet paper and the fridge wasn’t plugged in, also the TV wasn’t working. Staff responded promptly to the toilet paper but I didn’t get a chance to ask for help with the TV.

The location is always perfect for our travel to Washington. We will always stay at this location for convenience and overall a great place and area. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. This was our first time staying at this location we usually stay at the Super 8 but the Silver Stone was just as good even though they don't have an elevator for top floor the staff was nice enough to put us on the second floor. The hotel was clean and room was comfortable. Very satisfied

The breakfast voucher to use at the neighboring Denny's restaurant was great! We got exactly what we like at no extra cost.

The mandatory use of QR code/PayRange which required us to put $25 in their account to use the laundry facilities. Now we have $21.50 on an account we will never use again. I wouldn't have done laundry if I'd known that ahead of time. Desk clerk should forewarn people.

We stay here anytime we come to Spokane Valley, WA. We love spending time in the hot tub and the grandkids come and play in the pool!

The only things we wish there were nightstands on both sides of the bed. And I wish you had a fan in the bathroom for when someone smells it up. And your toilet paper is one ply so you have to use more.

Ants in the room, I killed them with body spray....it was a small amount fortunately. I didn't say anything I wish I had. Also keys keep demagnetizing for any or no reason a couple a times a day even keeping them away from phones and other cards. Just annoying when you are coming back from somewhere and locked out gotta go to the front and bother a worker because I'm sure they are tired of hearing it. It looked like it...then your A-hole.

My service dog enjoyed the area in the back. It’s pretty quiet for it being right off the highway, which makes it really convenient. The location is perfect for a nice walk to get coffee and food. I LOVED THE POOL AND HOT TUB! The housekeeper who cleaned our room, SHE IS AMAZING! She acknowledged my service dog and made a bed for her as well as cleaned our BBQ stuff.

It located right behind the Dennys next to Super 8, looks like it used to be part of super 8. I didn’t like they shared a pool with the hotel next door. Someone took the do not disturb off the door and left pool towels up and down the hall after their little party.
