the location was exactly what we needed, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious and excellent water pressure for the shower.

The couch in the suite was the absolute worst. The shape was fine but the sides were too high to be able to use the side tables and the couch itself was extremely uncomfortable and it was one of the main reasons we booked that extra room, so that we could be divided during my surgery recovery. I would have liked to have more counter space where the sink and the microwave/fridge area, extremely limited to be able to prepare anything.

Room was spacious and clean. Great pool and hot tub. Loved how we were put close to an outside door for our pup to go potty. Loved the no pet fee!!!!!

The back door says "locked 24/7" BUT there is duct tape over the lock making it accessible to everyone and anyone to enter as they please. This didn't make us feel the most comfortable. I do think the overall rate should be lower for this hotel as well but was grateful for no additional charge for bringing a pet.

The staff was amazing. Jazz at the front desk, and really, everyone we approached went out of their way to make us feel welcome. It was so fun to have an entire floor devoted to pets and their people. So great that pets are as welcomed and their people too.

It is central to everything. Slightly off the I90 but not too far. Kind of industrial area. Not too hard to find. 15 minutes to anywhere we wanted to go. Cats are also welcomed and no extra pet fee.

The staff was very accommodating and gave me a wonderful ground floor room so it was easy to walk my service dog. It's also extremely safe to walk outside at night, unlike the LaQuinta in downtown Spokane. That's really important to me. I was able to park next to the exit door so that made things super convenient. The room was neat and tidy, beds very comfortable and good wifi. I'd definitely stay here again.

Staff was great! There was an issue at check in with the card readers and the ladies at front desk handled it very professionally. Very friendly and welcoming. Room was clean and comfortable. Dining area for breakfast was well stocked and I saw a staff member taking temps on the food which was nice to see. Overall a pleasant stay😊

People above me were loud at times during quiet hrs. The bathtub was a little slippery. Could probably use some sort of antislip mat and/or a grab bar

We were greeted pleasantly. The hotel surroundings, lobby, hallways etc. were clean and inviting. Our room was fresh and clean and the bed was extremely comfortable! The breakfast area was clean and tidy and full a fresh variety of food! The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

It was a little bit out of the way. But worth it for the quiet surroundings.

Property was clean and had lots of amenities. The gym was top notch.

The breakfast area was too small and not enough offerings. Every morning was so crowded, one couldn’t sit and variation of food and coffee was limited for the amount of people served everyday

The front desk was very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was good but only open until 9 most places breakfast is served until 10 so late traveler's don't have to rush in the morning. However very nice and very clean. Fitness room is excellent and has about anything you want.

The only draw back is early evening traffic is a little loud. But after 9 pm. It is very quiet.

Out of the way, but quiet. We were passing through town and arriving in the early morning hours to catch a few hours of sleep with small children. Given the time of arrival, we wanted to be out of the city in a safer location. Rooms were clean, staff was polite and informative, and it met all our needs.

The breakfast and bed were phenomenal. The location was good for me because I was visiting family who lived 5 minutes away.

The toilet clogged on me. I am very used to water- saving toilets and have good habits with toilet paper, but the toilet in my room clogged. I was forced to go get the hotel's plunger, which took a while to succeed, and I was almost late for my plans because of it. Please install better water-saving toilets.
