This is an attractive and solidly built hotel with beautiful courtyard and landscaped grounds. Has a luxury resort-like feel for a hotel in its price range. Our room was quiet, and beds comfortable which was exactly what we had hoped for. The breakfast offered when included in the hotel room rate can vary between a limited cook-to-order menu or a buffet. Both are a significant cut above the majority of other hotels in this price range.

The first room we were given had a very noisy rattle in the heating/cooling system, so we were given a different room. While the second room was slightly better, when the heat came on it was quite noisy and woke me up during the night when it came on. Still, the lack of noise from outside the room allowed me to get a good nights sleep.

Comfortable, clean rooms. Nice pool and pool area. Courteous staff. Good buffet breakfast

The updated showers leave a lot of water on the floor outside the shower. Had to use a towel to soak it up. The paint on the roof edge is peeling in the pool area. The open umbrella on the table next to ours flew up and out in a sudden gust of wind and almost hit our grandchild. The shafts of the umbrellas are too small for the table holder screws to secure them. For COVID protection we don't eat inside restaurants. The outdoor area was off limits; we took our breakfast to our room.

Very nice. Plenty of seating and comfortable seating. Quiet. Beautiful. Very clean. Tub and shower to suit both of us. Excellent lighting, once I figured out how to turn it on. Available outlets in bathroom. Easy freeway access. Very convenient access to convention rooms and to restaurant. Easy walking access to big stores and fast food. Wonderful free breakfast!

Only one suitcase stand. Seems like 2 people usually travel with 2 suitcases. No wall switch for the main-room lights. I had to fumble around searching with my phone flashlight to figure out how to turn on any light beyond the entryway. No nightlight in bathroom (I bring my own. I hate turning on a bright light in the middle of the night). Can't walk to downtown shops or to the river like we do from Red Lion Inn. Didn't see a safe way to access centennial trail on foot from the hotel; so we walked laps around the hotel perimeter.

Initially, I wasn't able to add a night booking for King courtyard bedroom, but they kept our request in mind, and were able to find the same type room for all the nights we were there - so we didn't have to change rooms mid-trip. The pool was really nice and restaurant tasty/convenient. Rooms were good sized and the little coffee, fridge, micro sink in our room was perfect. Convenient plentiful parking. All the employees were friendly, helpful, and seemed happy - which is rare these days.

Hopefully, as places recover from COVID, Mirabeau will continue to update more of its areas without having to raise prices. Some of the back entry common are carpets are really old. Don't like all the extra fees that are tacked on to the room rates - people hate that. Just charge ONE price and include everything.

this place was nice. It is an old hotel but they are trying to keep it up to date. It is huge we had to drive to breakfast from the back building since grandma cant walk much. Tons of parking for trailers and motorhomes. the rooms had a micro wave and little fridge so that was nice.

Well the water pressure was like using a fire house in the shower. Made showers a little uncomfortable. Other than that all was good

The front desk woman. She was a younger gal. My 9 year old son had misunderstood my directions and went looking for me, rather than waiting while I loaded our car up for departure. He was very upset and had gotten lost. The front desk girl was very compassionate and accommodating when helping him back to our room and waited with him upon my return. For this I'm most grateful! I'm unsure of her name but it was Sunday morning July 14th of this year. When I returned our key cards, I pulled her aside to thank her again in private. I found myself grabbing and hugging her. I couldn't help myself!-She graciously hugged back and said it was no problem,that she understands how these things happen. Thanks again 👍🏼

Not being on the first floor,but I didn't realize I needed to request it. We've just gotten lucky I guess to have always been given a first floor room when staying with them.

Location was good amenities were awesome. MAX the restaurant and bar had everything and fantastic food. Pretty good breakfast buffet. Pool was heated and great for the kids. Water pressure was great and everything was clean (I tend to check) overall good.

Cons: Lots of Bums in the area me and the wife barely liked walking to ROSS and Walmart to get some things but made it thru. Seating for breakfast buffet depending on when you go lacks.

It was unanimous that a return trip is indeed in the future possibly a yearly destination getaway. The pool was perfection. Room was large and had privacy for sharing with another. The grounds were beautiful and in bloom making the courtyard outdoor dinning classy. Max's restaurant was a dinner experience of fine steak and with breakfast included with our booking, well worth it.

The staff were certainly not friendly on the hotel side. No greeting or feeling welcome. Thought maybe a one off. Nope. The staff through out were not welcoming which is unfortunate. The biggest opportunity is the front desk. I have stayed in 4 and 5 star hotels throughout the world. Having staff that make you feel like a "guest" goes a long way.

The room was very large and spacious. We had lots of space to relax. We went out to pick up a meal and brought it back to eat since the room had a table. Bathroom was also spacious and clean, with fluffy towels. Pillows were not overstuffed so quite comfortable. Breakfast was a buffet with lots of options, and delicious. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Can't think of anything that did not exceed our expectations. Great place!

What a nice stay last night. Super clean facility with comfortable rooms and beds and nice staff. We were just passing through town with our dog and this was a great place to stay. They have a cute little grass area for dogs as well. Our breakfast was included and we had a really good breakfast sandwich which we got to go. Will stay here again.
