The professional ness of the 2 young men at front desk with checking me in and sold the sodas. some of the nicest and best I've ever dealt with.

The room was clean yes......... however....there where gold fish(crackers) on shelf just outside bathroom which only makes a customer really start looking for more faults and see all know there's more if said customer was to look around. That said room was fairly clean I would give a 6 of ten.

The room was clean, beds comfortable. Food service was good, and plentiful. Handicap parking was located at a side entrance close to the elevator.

There was no welcome book in the room. Assistance was needed to adjust the heater. The desk clerk came but left the thermostat set at 75. We were never able to get it to hold a temperature lower than that. The fire alarm sounded at 5:30AM on Sunday and everyone was required to gather outside in heavy rain, even though it was obvious that there was no fire.

The hotel was really comfortable with kids. The pool was fun, and they had cookies out evening. The breakfast had a lot of good options too. Staff was friendly.

Housekeeping knocked on our door at 9 the day we were checking out and came back later. Not necessary since we were checking out that day, and kind of annoying.

Really nice facilities, room was a good size and clean, pool was a good temperature. Breakfast was pretty good.

We had to ask to get sheets for the pull-out couch. There was a fan to pull a/c from the main room into the living room, but we couldn't figure out how to turn it on.

The food was fresh, hot/cold as appropriate. It was easy to converse with other guests. Staff were so friendly and always ready to help. Housekeeping gave us the support we requested, and left us alone when asked.

Well. The toilet was problematic. It was low to the ground, and as seniors a bit difficult to get up. The water level in the bowel was so high that my husband's hand got wet when using tp.

The staff were absolutely amazing! Never have come across better customer service at a hotel. Extremely friendly and unbothered by our large group’s many requests/needs. The hotel was clean and comfortable.

Front desk staff was extremely helpful and kind. She got us a room immediately and they even had a manager appreciation event going on that said drinks included come on in! It was so welcoming. Breakfast was delicious with tons of options. Everything was spotless in our room. Beds and sheets were so comfortable. Pool was so clean. Gym was amazing.

The one and only downfall was just the chlorine or something in the pool room that our eyes were burning so badly for quite awhile. Like chopping onions burning! The kids weren’t phased by it but us adults and another guest had to leave and stand outside.

Everything about this hotel was wonderful. We were in Spokane for a family emergency. The staff went out of their way for us to make sure we had everything we needed. It was clean, the pool area was clean. It was wonderful, I will stay here again

Everything was beyond exceptional

The staff was very respectful. The rooms where clean & the beds where comfortable. Breakfast was tasty. The swimming pool wasn't freezing it was perfect temperature.

The OJ & apple juice was watered-down. The toilets did flush so well. The hot tub was out of order.

Great breakfast, amazing housekeeping staff, and cleanliness of hotel.

The pools chlorine was very strong and no ventilation in pool area and no fan in bathroom in our room.
