The room was a comfortable size. The luggage rack was very helpful. The lounge chair made it so we could sit and visit comfortably. Everything, I mean everything was super clean. The pool was beautiful and clean. The ventilation system in the pool room made it very comfortable, not humid and sticky. I loved the beautiful Christmas decorations. It felt so magical! Breakfast was delicious with so many hot food options. The location is great, so close to hikes, shopping, and great restaurants. We would love to stay at this hotel again if we visit Coeur d'Alene in the future.

I really like Holiday Inn expresses for their breakfast the cleanliness they’re comfortable rooms. This particular location not only had breakfast but had night time meals for its guest for Monday through Thursday. The staff was super kind and super helpful. It was a wonderful stay will stay there again!

Breakfast was great with lots of choices, and very helpful staff to replenish food and drink. Rooms were ultra clean - clean floors, nice linens, great lighting throughout room. AC was plentiful and fairly quiet.

More dining options would be nice. Didn't have a car one day, so dining options were breakfast and purchasing something from the Front Desk area. A little cafe or food vendors to provide more options would have been terrific.

Everything. The staff was all helpful and friendly. Housekeeping went above and beyond with room cleaning each day and special touches (for example : situating my grandson's stuffed animal in a special spot when they made the bed). We loved the happy hour snacks. It was the perfect location with easy access to the freeway and our destination.

Great location! Located right off of the interstate with easy access to downtown CDA. The facilities were super clean and comfortable. They also had a great area for walking our dog (and the pet fee was very reasonable). Breakfast options were great and they never seemed to run out of anything. Beds were very comfortable, room was very clean. Would stay here again!

From the moment of check in everyone was super nice and friendly . Everyone was helpful. We stayed at the resort on the water last year and that hotel was triple the price and was not even clean. This hotel room was spotless and the breakfast was amazing we will back !

It was very clean and well Kept. The staff were fantastic. They had great breakfast options every day and a happy hour in the late afternoon/evening. That was a great surprise!

It was hard to spend time in the pool and hot tub area because it was so busy and so so sons strongly chlorinated.

Super friendly staff, hot tub/pool were great, room was very clean and comfortable, lobby had free papers and internet, free food at happy hour in evening, and extensive choices for free breakfast.

Can hear street noise, noise from other rooms below and from hallway. This wasn't terrible, it just seems the walls are thin.

Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Location is outstanding and near everything.

Parking can be limited when fully booked. Was not able to get their breakfast 1 hour before they closed due to a water leak in the ceiling above the dining area. That was not the main problem. Lack of breakfast was a huge issue for us since we couldn't eat at 9am. Had to go out to breakfast instead which put us behind in our daytime plans.

We were only told breakfast times for the weekend, and not weekdays so we missed breakfast on the Monday. When I asked about that, I was told it’s printed on the key cards as if I should have known that. I doubt many customers read key cards .
