LOVED our stay at One Lakeside. We stayed here over the 4th of July weekend and it was one block away from the fireworks show put on by the CDA Resprt. It was so nice not to have to fight traffic or pay a fortune for parking. The front desk staff were so kind and let us check in early which was such a nice surprise after a long drive. You know the facilities are good when you sleep better than at home! Such a comfortable king sized bed with high quality bedding and blackout curtains were the recipe for one of the best night’s sleep I’ve had in awhile. The kids slept on the sofa bed which had a paper thin mattress but kind of expected for a sofa bed. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need to cook meals. Really nice local coffee provided and the unit had washer and dryer and all the toiletries which was another nice surprise. Included with your rate is access to the rooftop lounge which was such a nice way to unwind after a long day of exploring. There was a hot tub and nice gym up there as well. The place is a mix of hotel guests and residents and everyone was really nice and friendly. It was quiet even on a holiday weekend. Location is perfect, within walking distance to tons of dining and shopping and close to a really nice bike and running path and of course the lake. Well def be back! Thanks for a great stay!

Sofa bed mattress was very thin but no more than usual.

The location was excellent. The space was large. The bed but mostly the pillows were so comfy!

To access the dog area, the doors are loud and I felt bad as it shut loud as other guest rooms were near by. Wish there were a buffer or something so it doesn’t slam. The pet relief area is sufficient but the motion lights that go on are bright and fluorescent like so when we were out with our pup at 3 am I felt bad for the residents around as the lights were bright and stayed on.

Absolutely perfect location-downtown and didn’t have to drive anywhere. The Christmas views were Spectacular!!!

That you have to pay an additional fee to use the hot tub.

I loved the room as it was equipped with a fully stocked kitchen (stocked with dishes, utensils, wine glasses, regular glasses, pots and pans, etc.) There were two televisions - one in the living room and the other in the bedroom with remotes and television channel listings. The pillows were nice and fluffy, there was a nice big bathtub in the bathroom, and the balcony had a nice view of the mountains and the lake off to the right just a few blocks over. One staff member, Gretchen, was very nice and went above and beyond to assist with little things (restock items in room, special requests).

The couch was rather uncomfortable, but with the nice fluffy pillows, it wasn't bad. There was one employee who did not seem genuine and had a bit of arrogance going on, but I didn't let that bother me. Maybe she was having a bad day, who knows, who cares. lol

Sarah at the front desk was incredible! She would text me when the room was ready. She was helpful when we needed something and it was the best experience we have had at a place we’ve stayed in a long time.

Everything was amazing! My only disappointment was the gym facilities were not accessible to people staying in the building only permanent residence.

The location is fantastic! The Roof Top Terrace was beautiful as well.

The mattress on the hide a bed was way too thin. I could feel the frame through the mattress. It also seemed short and I am only 5 ft 2 inches.

A great location and a very nice building. The room was spacious. A really good choice for a condo in Coeur d' Alene

The parking garage is nice, but a little small. The staff let employees park there and it was a challenge to park my pickup. We had to talk to the staff to find out about this, and they had the employees move their cars. These folks should be parking on the street. We were concerned about using our vehicle and that we might not be able to get into a stall. Additionally, some people parked over the painted lines and used up 2 of the very few options. Staff should remind guests to be considerate in such a tight garage.

Quiet property, nicely furnished with a good view of the water, very convenient to the waterfront and the Coeur d'Alene Resort.

Beautiful views of lake c'da The room was amazing. Full kitchen, dining, and living room. Very clean. We are from Spokane and have started trying out different places in the C'da area. This one is the best so far.

Nothing. It was perfect.

The unit was spacious and the view was excellent (facing the lake). It was in downtown CdA so it was near everything we wanted to visit. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

WiFi didn't work.
