The pool and slides were so fun. We love the shallow wave pool for the small kids. The indoor games were so fun. The bowling and the arcade were obviously favorites. What a great value and there was something for everyone. My 7 year old loved the ropes course. The $60 deal we thought was a great deal. We stayed from open until close at the theme park one day and did the evening swim one night. Great location if going to silverwood! If it wasn't an 8 hr drive from home we'd definitely be back soon!

The breakfast was a bonus, however, There were pancakes the first day and my son was so happy but only that one day. He was so bummed each morning when there wasn't pancake machines out. At the arcade we know we had way more tickets from games than what we got credit for at the little ticket store however, the prizes were good and the kids left happy. The adults even had fun in the arcade just knew we should've had way more tickets. The beds could be a bit more comfy but they weren't terrible. Parents would really love if hotels had rooms with a king bed and 2 twins or queen cuz we aren't used to sleeping so close to someone 🙃

Triple Play Resort exceeded our expectations. This was the first time staying at the hotel with large group of family and friends. The rooms were of good size which helped with sleeping arrangements for the little kids. Breakfast was standard continental but good. Staff was very nice and accommodating. We were able to check in one hour early so we could change before a boat cruise. Bar was next door which allowed some of the adults to unwind after long drive. Shower water pressure/temperature was excellent.(Funny to report this but it has become an issue in other hotels)

A few members of the group complained about very noisy A/C units in their rooms. In the end they turned them off as it wasn’t overly hot during our stay.

The rooms were normal hotel rooms but very clean and well maintained, the staff were all great and knew all the whats, where's and whens we asked, the location is amazing, they have the triple play fun areas connected right next door, silverwood is about a 15 to 20 minute drive away and there are plenty of fast food places, restaurants, and stores within 5 to 10 minutes of the hotel, it really is the perfect place to stay. The price is a little more than your basic hotel but its well worth the price for the location, the activities near by and the breakfast was pretty good serving a little bit of everything.

Because I'm in a wheelchair the carpet in the hallways was a little hard to go down but not impossible, I wish the soda machines weren't out of order while we stay, but not the biggest deal because they had drinks and food at the triple play dining area.

Can't beat fun like this for these prices! We had just a few small issues but other than that my family and I had a blast! 🤙🏽👏🏽👍🏽👌🏽💪🏽

We were there for 2 days and spent one night in the hotel. There was a few minor hiccups here and there like problems with games in the arcade, a shortage of towels, and food orders being wrong but everything was taken care asap and in a professional manner! They were actually extremely sincere and apologetic which is rare with the younger generation these days. Lol. All in all I was very impressed with the service and we will definitely be returning in the future!

Clean and loads to do with the kids. Friendly staff. We had just stayed at the Great Wolf Lodge. We felt that triple play offered much more value for money and fun.! And unlike at very close Silverwoods/waterpark, there were no huge queues and the kids are able to take advantage of everything!

The hot tub wasn’t open late enough to enjoy it when you were taking advantage of everything with the kids. The snack bar closed earlier than the facility closed and we weren’t aware of that closure time so we were unable to take advantage of the pizza coupon. Which was a shame because the kids were starving.

I like it is close to sliverwood theme park and also close to cor de lene I take my two kids there about every 6 months they love the Waterpark they have and it's just the right size not to small and not to big easy to keep track of your kids compared to great wolf lodge there Waterpark is to big and harder to keep track of little kids and also more expensive I take my kids to sliverwood in summer and Santa cruise on lake cor de lene in winter both close to hotel staff has remembered me and are very nice can't hardly wait to go back I sure it will be soon

Maybe more parking would be better but it kinda hard because parking is for triple play and hotel not sure were they would add parking to

It was very clean, kids had a blast in the water park and arcade. It was nice there was a little food court. Was able to get dinner there. My daughter can’t have gluten, so we were pleasantly surprised that gluten-free pizza was available. Everyone who worked there was amazing, friendly and helpful.

I was disappointed to find out we had to pay separately to use the waterslides. Last time we came it was included in our stay at the hotel. There was also a huge divot in our mattress- both my husband and I ended up sliding into the middle of the bed.

The triple play and water park connected to the hotel was fantastic. The kids had a blast. Nice sized water park with stuff for all ages.

The hotel staff never came into our room, so we had to keep asking for trash bags and towels. So, we had quite a pile of wet used towels and bags of trash. The beds weren't that comfortable, though the kids were fine with them, but if you're older, you don't sleep that great.

The lady who attended us at the desk front, I forgot her name but she has long black hair and it seems she works at the desk front from evenings, was super kind and nice to us. She made me feel like i had already known her and we were at home visiting. The kids loved the slides!! We also enjoyed the other activities there. Paying for the whole day for everything is a sweet deal in my opinion.

My oldest, he's 16, wished there were more things at the water park for him.

So much to do! Room was clean and staff was incredible! Breakfast was good and my son had an amazing 16th birthday!

I wish they had a wristband or pass for the arcade to be unlimited but we had a blast. We could only spend about hour in the water park because the chlorine was burning our eyes so bad! The hair dryer in our room only blew cold air so I wish I knew so I could bring my own but will next time because definitely coming back!
