Beautiful view. Lovely bar/dining area. Great breakfast. Wonderful swimming and gym facilities. Great location. Close to amenities. Lots of parking. A lot of attention was paid to the small details. Comfy beds. Really good blackout blinds. Quiet. Great lighting. Very clean.

Really small fridge underpowered. Be different if you were flying. But on a road trip everyone has food they need to keep chilled. Not enough places to hang things to dry. Not enough places to put your bathroom items. Air exchanger( positive air flow) wasn’t too helpful in moving moisture out of bathroom. You couldn’t really sit together, have a snack. Could have used an extra night stand.

The Springhill Suites in Sandpoint is an exceptional place to stay! My major concern for any hotel is cleanliness and this hotel definitely delivered on cleanliness! It helps that the facilities are brand new but the staff also seemed to care about cleanliness. The amenities (free breakfast, pool, and gym) were great. The outside patio had cozy fire places and an amazing view of the forest. The rooms are very modern and comfortable as well. If you're wanting to explore downtown Sandpoint, then this hotel is only 6 min down the road. The front desk staff were very friendly the entire time. We had to check in around 1 am and the front desk person was very kind and made the check in process quick. We also had to add one extra night during our stay and the front desk person did so without any hassle. Overall, this is a great place to stay and you won't be disappointed with your choice!

The only thing I didn't like was that I had to leave so soon!

As a hotel that opened mid-February 2024, this place was super clean and in good shape. The rooms were quiet and comfortable, and breakfast was really great. Easy access to the main road and to Sandpoint, which was the reason I stayed there.

Since half the room is hard flooring, not carpet, I could hear the person upstairs pretty well. Even over what I think was carpet I could hear walking as though it were an old house with floorboards. The walking wouldn't wake me up, but the shoes they took off and dropped would. Get a room on the top floor to eliminate this issue. Or use earplugs at night which I did.

The breakfast was very good with great variety. The huge deck was wonderful in the mornings and evening along with the fire tables. The beds were comfortable and plenty of space for living was provided.

The wifi was not available once in our room on the third floor. The front desk was unable to provide any help with that. I had booked a king room but was given a room with two queens, and was told that king rooms were overbooked.

Beautiful hotel. Lovely breakfast. Quiet. Convenient. We enjoyed the town as well as the hiking trails and paths. This is probably THE most beautiful scenery I've ever seen. Would love to visit here again.

We were here from Friday afternoon through Sunday am. We had no housekeeping services. Would have liked them to at least empty our garbage, as they were over flowing by the time we left.

The breakfast was fantastic! Maybe it's because I usually stay on the cheap, but I got a good deal at Springhill Suites and the food was a way better quality than what I normally experience at a hotel 😅. The ambience and spaciousness of the room and the breakfast/bar area was lovely.

The mattress was OK, too soft for my liking; I would have preferred something more firm.

The location is perfect: close to restaurants and to the mountains, plus a few minutes from the town center mall. All the people who work there are nice and gave us great advices regarding what to do and restaurants. They don't charge me the parking fee, and I really appreciated it.

The pool area is awesome, but the pool could be warmer during fall/winter times.

We liked the inviting lobby and personnel. The breakfast was so tasty . And the pool, plus spa were perfect..

The only thing we didn’t like about this wonderful hotel is the fact that there’s no ventilation in the well - appointed room. The window didn’t open for fresh air. When you took a shower there would be condensation and the room just felt like a spa.

Excellent facilities and location, very charming. Very clean. Staff was exceptional. Will definitely stay here again (and I'm kind of picky).

$10 parking fee per night. Don't understand why it isn't free since it isn't valet parking, and there seems to be plenty of spots. But I did know about it beforehand, so it isn't something that was a surprise.

Great room for a family of 5, the trundle bed was great. The closet was nice to have as well. Lobby/bar area was decorated very nicely, and the outdoor deck area was really nice. Beautiful fireplaces and view.

The breakfast area was very crowed and confusing. No one knew where to put their dirty dishes, or where to enter the lineup for food. It would be nice if the breakfast went an hour later as well.
