We absolutely love this hotel and stay there every time we're in town. Their check-in staff is great! Always kind and knowledgeable. The very first time that we stayed there was a young man at the front desk who was absolutely amazing I wish I would have gotten his name. We stayed there again and the staff was wonderful as always they have a great breakfast!

It was a little bit difficult of a situation. My husband and I had reserved a particular room which we got which was great but unfortunately we had to change our room at the last minute (which they were able to do) however they upped the price on the same room which was not as nice. I found that kind of crappy.

The property was amazing! The young man that checked us in was so personable and knowledgeable of the area with great suggestions for dinner. Our room was so clean with great amenities, The breakfast had so many great choices and the hours were extended so it wasn't over until 10:00 which was great. You could eat inside with a wonderful view or you could eat outside on the deck, They also had a BBQ available for 5.00 a day. We would definitely stay there again!

Can't think of a thing

This property is in a great location with easy access to restaurants, Starbucks, Walmart, Home Depot, fast food and up to Schweitzer. Cookies given at check in. Morning breakfast had more options than anyone could eat and several coffee and drink options. For me, Eggs, sausage and hash browns one day, chicken fried steak another. It wasn’t gourmet but just as you would cook it at home :-) our room had a good size mini fridge, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, sofa and sofa table and desk with a view of sand creek and the mountains. I will definitely stay here again if rooms are available.

The McCafe Keurig coffee pods were not great. Elevator to the third floor made me nervous as it squeaked when reaching the floor each time.

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel - starting with the staff who were so welcoming from the main housekeeping who helped us get into a room early to the front desk who noticed us looking for a key and offered to print a new one. The lobby was really cute and inviting and the breakfast and had alot of choices for our group. Above and beyond. There’s a great restaurant next to the hotel- making this a great choice.

The breakfast space, and the food, waffles are delicious!, the view from my room (225) and the smiles and great attention from LUIS, he was SUPER helpful and provided service and guidance (at your frontdesk staff). Also the fitness room, Excellent to have one with weights and treadmill.

The breakfast was the best I,ve ever had in any hotel.something different every day..hats off to the breakfast staff.also the fresh baked cookies around supper time every day was a nice touch

Not having the room made up every day

We were very pleased with the staff, the room facing the road wasn't the best. We would prefer the rooms facing the mountains. The breakfast was outstanding. The staff working in the breakfast area were super people!! We will be staying here again when we attend a family reunion.

We had room 210. We would have liked room 211 which would give views of the trees and mountains.

I loved the location of the best western! The staff was extremely nice and was really helpful since it was our first time in ponderay! I would stay there again!

It was pretty outdated. The bed was pretty hard and the room was kinda creepy! Overall it was just the bed that was hard and the room was outdated and had creeks and the bedding as also outdated.

The breakfast was one of the best motel breakfasts that I've had. Something for everyone. The hotel was well cared for and staff was great.

The only issue that we had was a fire alarm whose battery decided to give out and beeped. The staff was responsive to the issue.

Breakfast was fine

There was one significant problem - late evening we began hearing a loud annoying sound - on talking to the front desk, we were told it was treadmill in the exercise room. Apparently there was nothing to do but wait for the person to finish exercising. Fortunately the individual quit around 9:30 and no one else started up. The noise was very intrusive. It seems like the treadmill could be moved to a place where the sound and vibration doesn’t disrupt the comfort of other guests.
