Lots to do and good value for money. The food was good quality

The write up was misleading and deceptive. We were meant to have $600+ resort credit but in reality you can apply it to very few things and only $1-$30 depending on what it is. There is no way you can use it

The breakfast was very consistent with great options. Staff very attentive. The entertainment was solid and bar staff was exceptional.

I must say staying in room 47, I do not recommend for any guest. I paid for an ocean view and I received a partial oceanview. However room 47 is above the 24 hour bar and 2 floors above the club. You can hear and feel the bass until 2am when the club closes so rest only happens between 2am and 9am... because at 9am staff is cleaning the 24hour lounge and moving chairs and as guest I was awaken by that noise.

Tens across the board. No complaints. Beautiful property, friendly staff (minus one lifeguard who was an absolute menace). Food was pretty in the buffet (restaurant reservations were impossible so I can’t speak to that) but would more than likely stay again. Jowayne is the best!! Bennett the life guard was so incredibly amazing and professional. Buffet wait staff were accommodating and attentive.

One life guard. And I wish I could remember his name but I made a point to forget my entire experience with him in order to enjoy my last day on the resort.

I liked the location, the rooms were super clean. I don't think I saw 1 ounce of dirt or dust. The price was AMAZING for everything that comes with it. I like how accommodating the staff was. The food was sooooo flavorful and good. The rooms were huge. The festivities were great. It was a total experience. The grounds were well kept and the entertainment was off the chain. The staff smiled and helped me with EVERYTHING!!! It was a daily concert. I can't wait to come back.

There was only one thing I didn't like. I called to get my room cleaned up after getting sick and they never came. But this wasn't a deal breaker. I will be back at this resort.

Very clean, and I like how everything was right there. I wak out of my room and literally just steps from the beach, the vibe of the staff and guest. I traveled alone and I felt safe and cared for as most of the staff knew I was alone. I liked the walking proximity to shops and food off of the resort. I will definitely be back to this resort.

The only thing I can say they can improve on are the beds, very low to the ground, not enough pillows and or cushion for the mattress. Couch in room could be updated. I will still stay again even without the improvements!

I went with my Mom. We were in love with the staff. Every morning they greeted all the guests by the pool and beach like cheerleaders. Also the water slides 🛝 were a lot of fun. Like being a kid all over again. The neon party is amazing. They have parties and shows every night.

I understand that the resort has to cater to everyone but the food was not cooked 100% like real Jamaican food. But the food wasn't bad. It just wasn't 100% the way I wished it was.

The vibe was fabulous from arrival, the drinks & food was basically around the clock, so no shortage of nourishment. Great energy from the various program organizers leading the different entertainment features, with something to suit all tastes - all in all great fun was had, will definitely be back!

A little bit of a disinterested reception on arrival, where the guy checking us in looked like he preferred to be somewhere else - Fortunately this attitude proved to be the exception, with the remainder of our stay being very positive.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at RIU Montego Bay, and I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences I've ever had. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. A special thank you to Bianca at the front desk for her outstanding customer service. She made the check-in process seamless and was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Her friendly demeanor and attentiveness truly set the tone for our vacation. My wife and I were celebrating her birthday, and the staff made it an unforgettable experience. They went out of their way to surprise her with thoughtful gestures that made her feel cherished. Overall, the hospitality, beautiful surroundings, and attention to detail made our stay exceptional. I highly recommend RIU Montego Bay for anyone looking for a wonderful getaway. Thank you again to the entire team for making our visit so special!

The staff truly made our experience enjoyable. From the food service and housekeeping to the groundskeepers who took the time to get a coconut from a tree and cut it open, everyone contributed to our special stay. The front desk and bartenders were also fantastic. The activities were plentiful, ensuring there was always something to do! The Michael Jackson night and karaoke were especially fun.

My room 7112 smelled like mildew, my clothes smelled like it too when I got home.

Everything was good. Reception team, housekeeping, barmens, made my stay perfect. Duty hotel manager was very helpful. Hotel territory is very clean. Rooms are amazing. I liked to use hotel app for all my needs including all types of reservations.

I wish waiters at the restaurants smile more and say good morning. SPA overpriced. No discounts for guests. I would reccomend to add to the room sleepers & laundry bag.
