The room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast was fine.

I booked this hotel based on the pictures of the beautiful terrace filled with light and flowers. It was not as pictured. It had not been maintained or used in a long time. It turned out to be a nice place to store our bikes, but did not provide a place to sit and relax. The front desk clerk was at first very annoyed with me because the reservation was mistakenly made for two rooms, one person in each and should have been for two rooms, two people in each. The problem was easily fixed with a slight additional charge, but she made me feel like I had done something terribly wrong and inconvenient.

The owners/staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful, the smell of homemade cake being baked welcomed me back one afternoon. The location was perfect for what I needed, very central to everything. Will definitely return.

Unfortunately there was a lot of rain, meaning time in the room but the TV channels aren't so interesting and there is no English speaking news channel. The shower let water run out slightly on to the floor in the room but it wasn't the end of the world. Minor faults that wouldn't prevent me from returning again.

The hotel has a good location and was easy to fund We had a nice room with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was ok - not stellar, but good enough :) I liked the beautiful backyard with the tables to relax in the shade.

Wifi is real slow and unstable. Even though free parking is highlighted in the description, in reality, hotel doesn't have its own parking. You have to find a place on the street. I bet during hot tourist season that is challenging :)

Very friendly staff, clean, AC, good WiFi, very comfortable bed

Parking in the same street was often quite occupied, so a little walking is required after parking in the next street. Our room had an interesting setup with the shower in the room (which we expected) for which more exhaust fan would be nice. However, it helped a lot with the AC.

What a great find. Great location! On a very quiet street just blocks to the waterfront and steps to a number of great restaurants and cafes. Also right near the casino. Great room. Very comfortable and well thought out. Air conditioning was great to have. Huge bathroom. Beautiful large tub with handheld spray only. Needed to get used to that a bit. The entire property is spotlessly clean. Wonderful breakfast of meats and cheese, fruit, baked goods, and eggs each morning.

All the staff was lovely, the location fantastic. The breakfast was great with freshly fried egg available, fruits and orange juice. The architecture is lovely.

The room was great unfortunately the door didn’t fully close to the bathroom, which is okay for me but might be annoying if you need a bit more privacy.

Excellent breakfast with lots of choice. The room was clean and comfortable and the bed was so comfy!

The heating g in the room could have been higher. Hot water for people who have late morning showers. No kettle in the room for boiling water and black tea bags. Breakfast room was very cold.

We liked the location, walking distance to shops, restaurants, markets, beach with free parking at the back. Decorated beautifully.

We had trouble with the toilet in our room, which the staff was great, with fixing the problem. The shower was awkward.

I liked that we had two separate rooms with two separate beds. It worked out perfectly for our family of 4. We were also provided with a crib for our 8 month old.

I with there was a vending machine (if there was u didn’t see it) because there were times that I wanted to drink some water and there wasn’t anyone around to ask at times.

Unique, stylish accommodation on a quiet street. Our room was small but extremely comfortable with a very high ceiling, giant bed and elegant bathroom with a huge shower. It was easy to find parking right outside in December. The breakfast was delicious!

A little background music for the breakfast room would have been nice. Guests sit close together at separate tables, and it would remove a little of the awkwardness.
