Grate location, super nice staff, always there to help. Amazing view. Amazing food. Will be back soon. :)

The staff was very helpful and we were informed that many of the employees have been on the job for many years and it shows in the pride they take in their work. They are always cleaning everything and are never idle. They were also super friendly and constantly did their best to make their guests comfortable and meet any need we had. The property also has an excellent occasion on the primary avenue running along the beach and very close to pedestrian streets where the majority of restaurants are located.

The mattresses are very stiff and hard. They could use an upgrade. Also, they could use a parking facility although on-the-street parking is usually readily available but only free after the 15 of September.

Absolutely everything! The staff were the most accomodating and friendlist I have known in a long time. From me booking this and speaking with Helena about special arrangements for my Grandmother who is in a wheelchair to organising a cake (made by them and given to us as a gift) for my step mom and another friend in our groups birthday, to the rooms being beautiful and clean, the food was delicious, the hotel is really beautiful and I would definately recommend it to anyone wishing to book. The beach is across the road with plenty restaurants around ... Highly recommended

Relaxed atmosphere, staff all friendly from the reception to the cleaners, to the restaurant. Gym equipment, although not very varied, was all new and good quality. A small selection to keep you ticking over whilst away.

Literally the only thing I noticed was I didn’t have a pen in my room to write some notes…if that’s the worst thing then it’s not a bad hotel eh?!

I knew the hotel longtime ago ( when mercure) the situation is fantastic We dosn’t loke the ropm and we had the possibiloty to change to a rear ropm, small but simple instead of front room without proper windows

The menu not very traditional Not a confortable loving ropm for guests, only a cafetería with Tv set

Nothing, only felt the grilled veggies side dish quite basic, and it would have been nice to have a room with a view (I assumed it was a low season with enough rooms to provide a better room, but it was still ok and quiet)

Excellent stay! The breakfast was complete and tasty, the location great, and the facilities spotless. The staff were fantastic — very friendly, helpful, and always available to assist. Highly recommended!

I loved the staffs, they were friendly. i specially like Helena Silva, she greeted me when i checked in, and also helped me when i forgot my passport and money in the safety deposit box. i will definitely come back.

The staff were amazing. They would go out of their way to help. The location was perfect. Breakfast was delicious and the kids enjoyed the pool and the beach close by.

Nothing to dislike.

Fantastic breakfast that catered for everyone’s taste. Shame we only stayed one night.

On arrival we were told spa was fully booked for that evening. Maybe shorter sessions if hotel is busy so more guests get to use the facilities.
