The staff were extremely helpful and polite. The suite was spacious and the curved balcony a treat to use with fantastic views. It was useful to have a shower as well as a bath. Large parking spaces in the underground carpark an absolute bonus. Meals on the half board option were 5* especially on one night when smoked tuna and duck was on offer. On the second night there was too much pasta for our liking but nevertheless an excellent meal. The breakfasts offered a huge selection. Location couldn't be better.

It was a pity the roof top bar and terrace was closed during our stay for no apparent reason

Spacious suite with a partial sea view (sideways, but still nice). Two bathrooms – one with a tub, one with a shower – which was convenient. The bed was comfortable, the AC in both rooms could be adjusted separately, and there was plenty of space to store belongings.

The minibar was wet inside. There were no power sockets near the bed or nightstand. For a suite, a few more amenities like a larger fridge, coffee maker, or some basic cutlery would have been nice.

Pool was good but the water was too full of chlorine. The view was excellent. Rooms were quite spacious and full of light. Maybe a small coffee machine will add a bit more comfort. Our stay was in June and the rooftop bar was closed. At the lobby fresh fruit water was available - a nice touch of hospitality. Very friendly staff.

I like it all. No negative comments here ;-) Nice people, excellent location, preserved endless beaches, however a bit empty for my taste.

The hotel has a unique design making it very different from the standard. Rooms very good size with good views.

The problem with my booking. Booking.com confirmed two rooms, four people. The hotel disputed this. We had to pay extra on arrival. Following many messages and emails with Booking.com, Booking.com eventually credited my account with the extra amount I had been obliged to pay. In my opinion the fault was with Booking.com. I should very much like to stay at the hotel again, but next time I will book direct with the hotel.

staff was really friendly and service was good. The rooms were nice and as we had sea views, had extremely nice sea views. the rooftop pool is good, especially for an early morning or late afternoon swim.

Parking is not included and while not expensive per day, the entry/exit could be easier - it is tight for a medium size car. Breakfast choice is satisfactory but the room and layout is slightly odd, with the buffet area right in the middle of the seating area and where people are queuing for a table - could be better.

It's one of the best hotels we have ever stayed. The room was spacious with lots of natural light and wonderful panoramic windows overlooking the beach and the streets. Absolutely relaxing view! The room was very clean and the beds were so comfortable that we slept like babies. The breakfast was varied and delicious. I'd like to single out the staff, they were super helpful, attentive and understanding. We had somewhat out of standard situation and they reacted so unexpectedly nice and kindly, we were really touched by the service. And icing on the cake are swimming pool and fitness on top floor

We liked absolutely everything

I got a free room upgrade from booking.com and stayed in a suite, with a large bedroom and separate living room and, interestingly, two bathrooms. The room was nice and modern and had all expected amenities. The hotel has a nice indoor swimming pool with a great view of the beach. Breakfast was well prepared and varied with good quality and taste. The location is good, quite central and next to the beach.

Spectacular, warm poop, also loved the Turkish bath but only one person/family allowed at a time so sometimes had to wait quite a while for a turn. Staff was excellent- friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Had a massage- was wonderful!

Next time I’ll call directly to make a reservation- was expecting a full ocean view, bit was only able to see it from the balcony and at an angle

Super clean, comfortable, and spacious room. Very good breakfast. Very good location. The hotel looks like recently renovated.

The hotel restaurant food was extremely disappointing. I ordered salmon as main dish. Almost half of the plate was cream and sauce. Only a very small piece of salmon. Maybe they want the guests to order two main dishes for the dinner. There was a good restaurant just 50 meters away from the hotel.
