The location is perfect, the room was very spacious and comfortable with 2 balconies! The beach view is stunning and the room had several windows besides the balcony. We traveled with the kids and the double bed was in a different room, really good. I loved the complimentary products (Portuguese brand Benamor)

The shower was a bit clogged and found 1 hair in the shower. The towels could smell better. We could remove the keys to the balcony door, where the kids were sleeping, so we were a bit worried.

The hotel was clean & very comfortable, the room was excellent with good facilities, the massage spa was brilliant with very caring helpful staff

We were in a ‘romantic suite’ I would have expected robes in the room for comfort while there. There was No extrator fan in the bathroom, so what happened in the bathroom sadly smells either lingered into the bedroom or were trapped in the bathroom. The shower was an over bath shower with mixer taps, I would have expected a bit more upmarket showering facilities. There was a balcony on the room with view of the sea (and the hotel roof) but no chairs to sit on to enjoy a drink . The Indian restaurant attached to the hotel was closed during our stay which was upsetting as we had looked forward to eating there but ended up in a Italian / pizza restaurant (not in the same class)

Location and staff.

The windows do not take child safety into account and can be easily opened by a child. Although we were careful, we were extremely worried that our son might open them while we were asleep or distracted, which could result in a fatal accident. This issue should be addressed as soon as possible to prevent accidents.

Great room with a balcony and view of the ocean! The room had everything we needed.

Although there is a bar and a restaurant, both were closed when we went. Also, we tried to book breakfast in the room the second day, but no one picked up our breakfast order from our door handle! We wish the staff would have communicated this information to us.

We spent 2 nights in the property during our trip across Portugal. Check-in/out was easy and prompt, not an issue. However, the hotel requires some renovation and decoration I would say. I had a feeling that I was trapped in 1990th… Nevertheless, the room was tidy and spacious. The bathroom facility is better than expected. The breakfast meal variety was modest but worth its value. Hotel’s staff was supportive and did their best to accommodate requests if any.

A bit odd that I wasn't able to find tissues even in the restaurant. There was one napkin per person provided during breakfast time. WiFi coverage and speed could be better.

All very nice. Nice to have a balcony to sit out on at night overlooking the ocean and lighthouse in the distance. Really liked the little kitchen area. Rare to get a hotel with a kettle in so a big bonus for that!

The room did smell of cigarettes. This may have been my fault as it could have been a requirement or not when booking. I dont remember seeing any options though.

Great stay! What is there not to like! Friendly, helpful staff, lovely rooms, great views, on the beach, central to everything, the list goes on....

Well....the spa is lovely and very relaxing, but it needs a makeover, which I mentioned at checkout, only to be told it's closing in a month for a complete renovation. Yes, the WiFi wasn't great and they charge you for teabags, but looking at the bigger picture, this is a place that knows how to please its customers.

Nice hotel...clean and functional but no bar to speak of....breakfast good and the Indian restaurant attached to hotel is nice.

Could have a a bit of a friendlier atmosphere...nobodies fault really...also no real information as to what to do in the town and when I asked about parking was told the hotel was full....so had to fend for myself which is ok but not sure where safe places to park etc.

Daily cleaning of the room and bathroom

For us the beds too high and difficult to get on. We were with three people and third person slept on the couch but this was very hard and not wide enough. The white turning chairs in the breakfast area are way too low and heavy.

We really enjoyed time in hotel. The staff was very welcoming and they upgraded the room. The ocean view room on the 11th floor was amazing with panoramic windows with an stunning view. We used the room service. The peculiarity of the hotel is the most delicious smell shampoo of all hotels in my life. Ever. And the best recommendation is that we stayed the second night because we didn't want to leave the place. Thank you. ❤️
