Convenient to the Laurel Highlands.

I booked a handicap accessible room, but there was no safety rails in the tub/shower area. The tub faucet leaked a steady small stream of hot water. The side door which is supposed to allow easier access to the room only worked the first day, which meant walking around to the front to get into the room, making packing the car more difficult. When I told the front desk I was told it works sometimes and sometimes not. At approximately 6:10 in the morning the lawn care people started work outside our window. There was no hand soap in the room, I had to ask for it.

Great location. Lovely, accommodating staff. Breakfast was well done. Layout of room is comfortable. Especially loved the open microwave/fridge stand. Bathroom was also well lit and spacious. Floors are laminated in rooms, which is great for cleanliness. The extra chair in the room was very comfy.

Room was stuffy and windows need to be replaced - not great ventilation system. Beds are on a metal, box frames that are noisy! A sitting area for two by the window would have been nice. Carpets should be removed throughout hotel as luggage wheels get caught plus not great for allergies.

The staff is incredible …… when we checked in Celine was a pleasure and continued to be so throughout our stay. I did not get everyone’s names as we were there for a wedding and multiple events to attend however each employee made us feel welcomed, heard and safe throughout our stay.

The property is undergoing a brand transition and remodel so if you want a new out of the box hotel experience you may not be happy here until they have finished the transition. If attentive, caring hospitality professionals who are truthful and friendly will make you happy this is the place for you.

Great value! Clean and comfortable

The location was hard to get to from where we came from the highway, especially after dark. A lot of dark, twisty roads made me wonder if we were heading in the right direction. This had nothing to do with the actual hotel, of course.

Location was perfect for the reason of our trip. Minor issue with room was quickly resolved by staff.

The elevator and halls of the 3rd floor had foul odor, but luckily wasn't present in the room. Loud guests slamming doors and shouting woke me several times in the early morning hours.

The hotel looked extremely clean and smelled clean! The breakfast was the standard continental. Location was close to stores, highway, restaurants.

The bed was old, it's springs made a bong noise if we moved a certain way and not comfortable. But it was CLEAN and not bad for $89

I was in the center of the areas that I wanted to visit to the north and to the south and close to other locations I would like to visit in the near future

Check in was nice we got in late and I was already checked in.

Didn't have waffles the second morning and said they were not going to do anymore. Breakfast time wasn't over for about an hour yet.

Cleanliness Very nice staff

I was staying for 2 nights & 3 days there should have been enough towels and wash clothes for that length of time . But nothing to big to think bout

Everything was clean. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

Ice machine had a bunch of towels under it. Needs to be fixed. That was was the only ice machine available.
