Location, staff, the facility is fresh and new

too simple fir 4 stars hotel, they didn’t provide with a body lotion and hair conditioner. I stayed for 3 nights and i was provided with shampoo and show gel only once!

Breakfast was weak for the price of the rooms. Roomkeeping could have been better for the price too.

Too less facilities in the room. There are even no cup in the toilet for brushing. Also 3 days stay but provide only one bottle of water.

I recently stayed at the Richmond Hotel in Chişinău for three nights, and it was a fantastic experience. The hotel is brand new, and everything feels modern and fresh, from the lobby to the rooms. My room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring the city. The bed was particularly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The highlight of my stay was the breakfast, which offered a great variety of options to start the day. The quality of the food was excellent, with both local and international dishes available. Additionally, the shuttle service to and from the airport was impeccable. The driver was friendly, professional, and punctual, making my arrival and departure stress-free. The hotel’s location was also convenient, with easy access to the city center. Overall, my stay at the Richmond Hotel was exceptional. The combination of a clean, comfortable room, great breakfast, and flawless airport shuttle service made for a memorable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chişinău!

The hotel was recently refurbished, the beds are super comfortable, large shower rooms and overall the hotel has a great interior style. The location is great and walking distance to many central points. The breakfast was included and I enjoyed the options although it would be preferred if they had more options.

The AC was a bit noisy during night time. More local breakfast options please

THE breakfast had offered a range of solty and sweet varieties, from salmon and cured meat products, such as ham, sausages, kulen, bacon, till eggs in different forms, pancakes, fresh fruits, cakes, etc. Room was big - with all necessary facilities And, a small garden for smokers within a hotel complex (you could go there in slippers... The position of the hotel is in the Center of the City

No fresh juices for breakfast! Rooms do not have a view. Most are looking the other side - other hotel rooms...

Stayed for one night before the flight. Good location to discover the downtown, 30 minutes ride to the airport (took us in the morning on Saturday). Old building renovated, nice design, option of more spacious room, good breakfast. Very nice personnel, they organized breakfast 30 min earlier the scheduled time, which was very nice )

There are rooms on the ground floor, near reception and their soundproof is very poor, besides you can hear noise from the street! Lack of hangers and shelves in the bathroom, literally no place to put your belongings there!

Breakfast was ok, no warm plates though, food was a luke warm, reasonable variety of choice. Changed room to be at the back as a little road noise at the front in original room. Staff always did what they could to help.

Were left with no toilet tissue one day and bottled water was also a bit hit and miss in the room.

-very good location -nice bed sheets and nice pillows -the rooms are heated so it’s very cozy and warm -the hotel and the rooms are very quiet -nice staff -a lot of restaurants and a supermarket near the hotel -VERY clean and a lot of space in the bathroom for makeup and other stuff 👎🏻the channels on tv are not working,coffee is not very good and the standard room is too small for 2 people

The lady at the reception had excellent recommendations and tips on where to try local cuisine, where to go for coffee and what to see around the city. Thank you! The hotel also offered me a lunch box to go, as I was checking out early and would miss the hotel breakfast(which was included in the room price). The room was spacious and clean. Overall a very pleasant experience and a warm welcome. I look forward to staying here again :)
