It sounds like a cliche but everything about this hotel was perfect: - Room: spaces, with comfortable bih beds and pillows. You even have the option to choose which type of pillow is most suitable for you. Bathroom nice and spacious with walk in shower. We had a room with the see view on the 1st floor, balcony was spacious enough for two people to sit down and relax with a nice view on the bay - Food: We had breakfast included in the price and we’ve payed for the dinner. Both of the meals are in a for of a buffet but with a such diverse options of fresh ingredients, fruits, meat, pastries, fresh orange juice, coffee and much more. In the complex you have 2 more place to eat: Beach bar & one alla carte restaurant based on prepared fish or meat menu for 2 people. In the beach bar during the lunch time there is a soft live music session that is very pleasant. - Resort surrounding: beautiful combination of grass ground with palm trees as natural shade accompanied with the sun beds that are included in the price. Pool area was so clean as well as the rest of the resort. They even have a small jacuzzi from which you have great view on the bay itself. - Cleanness: this is separate category for a reason. The room was cleaned 2 times a day! As well as all other rooms and areas in hotel (lobby, wellness & spa area with toiletaries) - Staff: All of them were very polite and making you feel very welcome. - Attention to details: this is something that in my case makes great difference. They refill your coffee and give you the cups to make coffee to go in the morning if you are up before breakfast. You can choose the pillow which suits you the most between few offered options. For the welcoming quest you’ll get a bottle of sparkling vine to enjoy the sunset. - Overall impression: even though there were a lot of people I didn’t feel it was too crowded. There were not inappropriate noise at any part the day.

The location is great, and the territory very pleasant with beautiful gardens. The staff is helpful and welcoming. We were given an upgrade, which was really nice. The beach was beautiful and not too crowded.

Lack of poolside toilets and especially changing rooms. They are only available in the spa area, and the air conditioner is set to very low temperatures (I saw 17 degrees at some point). Going there especially after a swim when you're not dry is very cold. I think it would be very convenient to put at least one changing room outside in the pool area.

The weather was awful… very very cold so the heated pool was a godsend. Honestly one of the warmest welcomes I have ever had and I’m usually pretty grumpy. 😁. Really really lovely staff, they even say goodbye to you when they are finishing their shift. Set in beautiful garden with a lovely little beach. Well done guys, thank you so much.

There is a development next door but was never too noisy and certainly didn’t disturb us. Honestly nothing else. Lovely hotel.

We liked the staff a lot. Except from one bitter guy in the lobby bar and the guy in charge for the towels at the pool all the staff was great, smiled and tried to give an amazing service each time. Anastasia, Amar, Eric, George, Mario, thank you for making it great. The location is good and the hotel has a nice private beach. The room was clean and there were shows every night.

The food was mid average food and it's surprising that the hotel got such a good rate but I guess everything is tasty for some people. It's my third year in a row in Cyprus (last 2 years in paphos) and the food is not like in other all inclusive resorts I have visited. Moreover, I expect an A La Cart restaurant to be better than the buffet which wasn't the case. The pool bar doesn't offer pizza in the pool bar and it's a bit strange. The alcoholic beverages were ok but as someone who has visited some all inclusive resorts I was expecting some flavor beverages in small glass bottles.

I don't normally write reviews, but I chose this hotel based on the terrific reviews that I read here, so I thought I would add one more to note just a few highlights: 1. Rooms: very modern, beautifully decorated, and excellent all around. There is even a pillow menu with 4 options! 2. Pool: I wouldn't describe it as "warm", but it is heated and warm enough to enjoy in early April. Note that the outdoor jacuzzi is around the same temperature as the pool. It has jets, but is not hot. 3. Sauna and steam room: These are free from 12-7pm, and they are quite hot. (I would prefer even hotter, but they are better than those at many other hotels where I have stayed). And like everything at the hotel, they look very new and are super clean. 4. Grounds: As you can see in the photos, the grounds are beautiful. You can play beach volleyball, tennis, etc. 5. Restaurants: the food is very good. For vegetarians and vegans, the default buffet often doesn't include many sources of protein (for example, I would have hoped to see more beans, chickpeas, lentils, etc). However, the chef is very friendly and accommodating if you ask. 6. Staff: everyone is incredibly friendly and helpful. These are just a few points of information, on questions that I wondered about when looking at hotels. In short, I highly recommend Crystal Springs. We had high expectations based on other reviews, and they were completely met or surpassed. It was the perfect holiday.

I have just two minor suggestions for improvement: 1. providing a filtered water tap for re-filling water bottles in order to cut down on the use of plastic. 2. providing more vegetarian/vegan sources of protein (beans, chickpeas, lentils, etc) in the buffet. But these are minor points. As noted above, the overall experience was terrific.

Beach, Hotel, Location, Parking were all great. Food was ok: buffet style, nothing too special but completely fine. The beach was right at the hotel private lounging area. Although not private to the hotel - it might as well have been because it was really good and connected to the hotel.

We specifically bought "Superior Sea View" rooms and we were given "Pool View" rooms. When we complained, we didn't get any other explanation but that the hotel is fully booked. We were given a "Side sea view" room from the second day onward - even though the hotel clearly has a wing that directly overlooks the sea. We were disappointed by that and felt cheated - but we didn't want to let this ruin our vacation so we accepted. No compensation was offered by the hotel for the situation so I am guessing this is business as usual.

Amazing hotel, view is beautiful , there is full choice for breakfast , swimming pool, sauna All IS good. The staff is very kind, especially Georges. He speaks French and he was so cool and really professional Thanks y'all

The Hotel is a lil bit isolated, you have to take the bus or a car to Travel. Btw if you're a looking for a quiet place, it's perfect

I was skeptical of all the positive reviews, but after staying for a week, I completely understand the praise. We arrived late at night and were warmly welcomed with snacks after our long journey. The staff were friendly, quick to accommodate our room change, and always helpful throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to help us celebrate two birthdays, preparing decorations and a cake. Even our visiting family, who had booked elsewhere, decided to move to this hotel after one dinner with us. It’s clear that the entire team, including management, genuinely cares about guests. The atmosphere felt warm and family-like. We’ll definitely be back!

Property is amazing, they have all facilities to have a vacation. Also there were beach towels and we could alway found some sun beds even if we came in the afternoon. Beach is super nice not that many people and water is clean and amazing. Stuff is super friendly and always there to help. We also got a beach bag as a present and bottle of champagne. Breakfast is as great too, we were coming kinda late at 9:30 (breakfast till 10) there was still plenty of food and coffee is great. If you not going for all inclusive option (as we) there are couple cafes in hotel where you can get food for appropriate price (portions are huge). Before we came we wanted to explore island, but it was so nice in the hotel so we were like „why to go to another beach if our beach is great“ and spent there 5 days in a row.

Maybe location vise it’s a bit far from city (like 15-20 min by walk) and not really nice surroundings, like pathways and so on. But that didn’t concerned us that much.

Everything was perfect- Garden is large and amazing peace of paradise, staff are so dedicated and organized. Beach is also great and not overcrowded…and there is natural shade in the garden with comfortable sun-beds, too. Food is very tasteful, and diverse.Rooms- comfortable, clean… Crystal Springs Hotel team is really doing their best for their guests 24h per day. There are also many other facilities that you can use- volleyball, gym, sauna, table tennis, darts, swimming pool…Perfect, really perfect!
