I liked how amazing and friendly the staff are. The facilities Including the lift were great and everything was lovely. The breakfast was superb 👌

The window didn't open and the room was boiling and there were clover mites on the bed.

The staff were attentive and pleasant, the hotel upgraded our family room to one overlooking the sea. The window had a very low sill which you could step over to the balcony, where they had a table and 2 chairs set out. It was lovely to be able to sit out on and watch the sea. The rooms are a little tired but it is a very old building. The breakfast was plentiful, bacon was good as was the scrambled eggs, but the sausages were poor. I would definitely book to stay there again though.

I would definitely prefer them to upgrade their sausages, but everything else was acceptable to me

The room and en-suite facilities were a little smaller than I expected, but there was no extraneous noise and I slept well. On the Sunday there was a buffet for the cooked breakfast, but on the Monday morning individual orders were taken; on both occasions I thoroughly enjoyed the treat. Staff were helpful and cheerful.

There was some difficulty finding my booking when I checked in, but this was patiently resolved. The parking permit turned out to be not very useful for me, as I was away for most of the days and overnight parking in Swannery Car Park is free. It would be valuable for someone on a beach holiday.

The staff were so client focussed they made us feel really welcome and taken care of. The spa treatment was so relaxing we will book again for sure. Despite being dog friendly we did not notice them at all, and we live with neighbours who have the most intrusive and annoying yapping dogs

The hotel facilities were a little dated, the room was very cold on the first night but we sorted it by the 2nd. The shower pressure was inadequate on the 3rd floor. The breakfast buffet was so poorly stocked that most had run out before we got there. Again the staff were very apologetic but.... we got the sense that we were not in control of supplies, which was a shame.

From checking in the reception staff were very helpful, everything was made clear and explained about the extra benefits like hotel parking checking out facilities etc. Also suggested restaurants when we were thinking of where to go when we arrived. We were offered 2 different rooms, as there was karaoke and the person was concerned that it might disturb our rest. Cleaning staff were helpful when we asked for an extra bag, and last minute aromatherapy massage by Carly was very relaxing. overall a lovely birthday weekend choice

I noticed that the deal by the window has a loose side, I advised on leaving so hopefully it will be dealt with (316). The shower room had a few holes in the walls

double room was good plenty of space with plenty of towels bathroom was clean as was the rest

tv remote there wasnt one the one replaced was a cheap universal that kept not working waas given a poky little room you couldnt swing a cat when first arrived was glad to upgrade for extra 15 pound a night,, no entertainment except music would have liked compere with karioki or comedien or a sing a long band ,,, oh yes above me someone was snoring most of the night so the insulation isnt good

Staff at reception was polite and tried to help as best as they can. Room was not too small, not too big. Breakfast was freshly cooked. Walked out the front door and landed right at the beach. Parking at hotel possible £10 per night. (need to leave key at reception for them to move cars if needed) Bar in hotel very good! Spa was alright. Sauna for 2 people (sitting), Hot tub was clean, shower available.

Room was cold, heater didn't work -we couldn't dry any wet clothing and were cold during nighttime. Staff at Spa was really rude. Not only not polite, but rude. Telling a customer, they (staff) will now clean up after them (customer) right into their face is just not good behavior. They seemed nice at first, but switched personalities when found out who we were (two women)

Very welcoming and helpful staff.room with sea view.nice little bar to have a drink and relax at the end of the day.prices for food and drink good.room comfortable.a special thank you to the 2 staff behind the bar on 22/6/24 who took the time to come and sit and have a chat with us at the end of there-shift.i think there names were Chloe and Jess but I can’t fully remember .a real credit to the hotel.we would stay here again if in the area.

Parking is a bit of a nightmare.limited spaces at the hotel.some spaces out front for disabled but these were coned off for an event in the town on the day we were there.however,the hotel provided a 24 hour pass for the council car park which is about a 7 minute walk away which I didn’t mind but others may be bothered about and all the hotels along the seafront have the same problem so wouldn’t stop me staying again.

Location and amazing breakfast, we would have eaten there as well in Smokehouse, but it was a very hot week and it was sweltering everywhere with no aircon.

Only criticism was our toilet when arrived was not clean. But, minor detail as did it myself with the brush !! Everything else was fantastic including cocktails, very friendly staff and evening entertainment. Brilliant if wet weather for all age groups as loads of games, activities and an escape room / spa facilities which would suit everyone.

First time we stayed at this hotel. Staff were lovely & really helpful. Carpark useful if you don’t want to go out. Bar area nice, although we didn't eat there. Room was small, but it’s an old building and lots of hotels on that strip have small rooms, lovely view of the sea and beach. Close to shops and restaurants, good location.

Room was small with small en-suite. Shower not great more a trickle and found sorting the temperature hard. Room was tired and felt abit neglected, saying that it’s an old building. Bed was on the small side but we have a large bed at home, which we are used to.
