Excellent full English breakfast served hot with selection of white or brown toast, extra “hash browns “ as well. Proper tasty bacon and free range eggs, good tea and coffee. Good views from our top (3rd floor twin room) room 5 and although it has a shared bathroom not a problem for us and a good price too. Parking permit worked well for us and although quite a distance away we had our pushbikes in our SUV car to ride to the guest house along the promenade. Very friendly and pleasant host, clean and tidy kitchen and dining room. Would definitely recommend this guest house and would visit again when in the Weymouth area. Another bonus is the “Waterloo pub” opposite the guest house, good friendly atmosphere and service. We enjoyed.

Local parking would have been a bonus maybe could negotiate to use the “church “ car park opposite the guest house. Would not recommend the “top floor “ two rooms to anyone with mobility issues as very tight staircase and shared bathroom, not a problem for us(at the moment!)

Lovely bnb.so close to beach.our host oliver was just the best so friendly.when we arrived he carried both our cases right up to our room of no.6 on top floor.breakfast was lovely and always so hot.the whole bnb was always spotless.lovely shower too.yes the stairs were hard work at first but got easier as the week went on.so pleased that weve booked up already for next year.

There was nothing that i didnt like.apart from stairs but that couldnt be helped and wasnt really that bad.

Lovely two night stay. The guest house was close to town, seafront and public transport. The room was spacious and it was nice to have a sofa in the room. Tasty full English breakfast with great coffee. The hosts were very welcoming and accommodating. Great value for money, would definitely stay here again 😊

The main road can be noisy with traffic but didn't bother us. Quite hard to keep temperature in shower kept jumping from hot to cold. Having jams available for breakfast would be a nice extra touch to an already great breakfast

The location was good your right by the beach and a ten minutes walk to the town .breakfast was very nice each morning we stayed .this is my second time staying here and I'its never disappointed me ..I would highly recommend this bab for the value and location. Thank you to Peter for making are stay alovley .and I will b back in September

We was right up on top floor so be prepared .if your not fit then best to go onto another level in the bnb

I loved staying here it was in a good location right opposite the beach and near all amenities and amusements the staff were very welcoming and friendly and was very helpful with any problems we had .The room was very nice and clean and we had a good time we had a lovely full English breakfast and the price was excellent also it was worth value for money ,it was very nice and we would come back as this hotel is lovely thank-you for your great hospitality.

There's nothing we didn't like nice friendly staff and we had a lovely stay here would recommend to others .

In a great location 5 mins from beach The host was so friendly and helped you out with anything you needed The price was fantastic The room was exceptionally clean The breakfast was delicious and you could pretty much have what you wanted to Well worth the money for the stay 100% recommend by myself and my hubby

The staff were very helpful and friendly and the breakfast was excellent my only fault if I had one was the location it's a bit of a walk into town and they had limited parking we did manage to get a parking permit but had to park near the train station which was around 10/15min away parking in Weymouth is very expensive but the guest house on the whole was adequate for our last minute stay

It is a bit of a walk as my wife has difficulty walking and the parking is limited and expensive

In a perfect location as it’s on the sea front.

The room as very small and the stairs were narrow. Which meant in the night we had to go down them to use the toilet which was a little challenging but usable. The parking permit was much further away than we anticipated so didn’t end up using it at all. The TV in the room was so high up it wasn’t actually visible due to the angle.

Location close to beach. Breakfast, room upkeep good. Staff helpful especially Ola as saw him everyday at breakfast. Peter was amenable to comments and we will probably stay again good value but stairs would not suit less mobile, elderly in top floor room Overall we enjoyed Olivers, on suite next time and less stairs as we are in our Seventies.

We had a small room accessed with windy stairs at top with shared bathroom Shower was cold on a couple of occasions Ola helped with suitcase climb up stairs on arrival and departure which was helpful for my back grateful to him

Booked sea view room but not what I expected very little view of sea you needed binoculars and some buildings moved..you. Looking straight on to other properties opposite..I payed 50.00 extra for that view ..apart from that everything else was A 1
