An affordable hotel for everyone. I booked a family room and it was spacious and clean. Air-cond worked perfectly. Water pressure was good. The staff was nice, friendly and helpful too. I asked for an iron and within 1 minute it was already in front of my room. Very fast indeed. I like that they have a vending machine at the lobby, and racks selling maggi cups, disposable bath towel, toothbrush etc. There's a laundry shop next to this hotel too.

The shower room is nice n clean, only the toilet space is a bit small for a plus-sized person like me ....but nothing can be done except the owner wants to renovate it in the future.

Value for money. Good budget hotel. Friendly staff. I especially liked the cleanliness of the hotel- rooms, bathroom, bedding everything was quite good.

I booked the room for 2 nights, but the wifi was given only for 1 day package. I had to call at 4am in the morning to renew my package. Although the staff was very prompt and personally came to my room to give me the new username password for wifi. Very limited storage space like no cupboards at all. Location was far from beach, but I had my car so was comfortable.

The friendliness of the staffs. They are very helpful and patience. The room is reasonably clean and quiet. Location is convenient enough with plenty of food choices and basic shoppings and others amenities such as laundry service and barber is just next door! The Internet Wifi is very good!

Low floor, which can't be help. No free parking.

room - clean and pleasant location - easy to locate and surrounding with food court and other shopping center. Clean- was very satisfied with the cleanliness and the ample parking space

so far all the needed amenities are sufficient and i like the body shampoo and soap as it fits the scent i like. the texture of the soap is also mild . will like a softer toothbrush as teeth are sensitive.

the cleanliness of the room and ample car park. service was simple but the people there are polite. self check in and check out is also available. this ia the second time staying here and the quality remains.

so far nothing much as i like simple and clean environment. if the water heater can be easily adjusted will be ideal stay this round.

The staff were very polite and resourceful. The room was neat and clean. The price was reasonable and affordable.The facilities were almost perfect.

Everything was great except the shower door kept falling. Needed to hold with both hands to adjust opening and closing. Other than that... Everything was ok!

The girl at the helpdesk is very polite.. she greet and welcome all of us when we arrived on 6 oct.. she assists us in check in.. the most important thing the room is clean and good facilities too.. the best.. this is my second time.. keep up the good job

I can't sleep at night bcoz the room noise by motorcycle, lorry, car or bus engine. The hotel too near with main road.

One of the things I liked about this hotel, is the room comes with desk and chair, that is equipped with a lamp and plug that is, convenient for me to do my work (i.e., using laptop and etc). Thanks.
