It was just perfect. It was our first time in Bosnia and Herzegovina, our first time in Mostar, and we had no idea what to expect. With my role in the UN I travel a lot, and I’ve never had a more sincere welcome from hotel staff. Our thanks go to Jenet, Adin, Medin, Maid and the entire team for giving us such a lovely evening and experience. We’ll be back.

Nothing - it was perfect

Location was wonderful but the staff really made our stay there amazing. Kind, beautiful faces greeted us each day we were there. They always had a smile on their faces. They helped us get our bags too from the parking lot. Truly amazing, sweet people. Breakfast was so good, and we were welcomed with a tasty drink and yogurt while they got our bags.

I truly do not have any complaints nor did my family (my sister was in a boot for her foot and she did great with everything too for walking). Wonderful rooms, beautiful scenery, and surrounding areas like restaurants, a night pub across a little bridge right next to the hotel, and so much more in close proximity. The famous Mostar bridge is not even a 10 minute walk, maybe even just 5 minutes from the hotel.

The hotel impressed us with its excellent location and overall atmosphere. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and offered a beautiful view that we truly enjoyed. Breakfast was outstanding – everything was fresh, with a wide selection, and we especially appreciated the delicious sausages. Sitting on the terrace during breakfast while enjoying the view added a special touch to the experience. We were very pleased with the staff’s professionalism and helpfulness – everything went smoothly, and everyone was polite and attentive. We were pleasantly surprised that they remembered our last name and addressed us personally. Parking is well arranged – either directly at the hotel in designated spaces or about 100 meters away at a very reasonable daily rate. A lovely detail we noticed when entering the hotel was a small herb garden with rosemary and other herbs planted in the ground, creating a welcoming and fragrant first impression. Overall, we were extremely satisfied and would definitely love to return. We can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

The location is perfect for exploring the old town of Mostar. One of the gates to the hotel is right off the Crooked Bridge, and it's only a 5 minute walk through the bazaar to the Stary Most. The room is comfortable and clean. Hospitality is the best we've ever experienced. They helped us to park, then carried our luggage from the parking lot to our room, refusing our help with anything. When we checked out, they picked up the luggage from our room and returned it to our car. Both dinner and breakfast were very good in the restaurant. We ate breakfast out on the patio with a gorgeous view!

This hotel is absolutely amazing! They are located right next to the Old Bridge and the heart of the downtown tourist area. We had lovely views out of our room, and the room itself was clean and comfortable. The staff is exceptionally helpful and kind. They gave us a hard time for carrying our own bags down (they were teasing but also serious - they just want you to relax and not worry about a thing). Also the breakfast was DELICIOUS and they have a beautiful outdoor seating area overlooking the water. Can’t recommend this place enough!

It was the most expensive place we stayed in Bosnia. I’m sure you could find a lot cheaper stay options in relatively the same part of town. But I don’t regret our stay and WHEN we return to Mostar (because we just loved it so much) we will absolutely stay here again! You get what you pay for :)

Staff beyond fabulous and both breakfast and dinner wonderful…..this is a VERY SPECIAL place and if you are in Mostar you would be making a mistake to not book here……

Kriva Cuprica was a beatiful experience, excellent hospitality from the staff is what makes the difference here. We were a little apprehensive as muslim travellers in low season and first time in Bosnia but the staff really went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and welcome and recommended place to visit/ travel options. Great location, clean spacious rooms and breakfast is good.

A big emphasis on alcohol as soon as you enter property and restaurant decor centre’s around this, can put off non-alcoholic/ Muslim guests who dont appreciate being around alcohol. I live in the UK so i am used to alcohol presence but i feel this was a prominent feature and distracts from the beauty of the place, its history and heritage.

This is such a charming little hotel. The building is historic and lovingly maintained, so conveniently located. It’s just steps from the Old Bridge but feels very private. But it’s the staff that makes it such a wonderful place to stay. We were welcomed so warmly at check-in. We reserved a table on the patio overlooking the Crooked Bridge on our first night and were thrilled with the excellent traditional meal (the lamb, fish, and chicken were all delicious) and the view. The service in the restaurant could not be better. And everyone at the reception desk was so kind and helpful—arranging a last-minute rafting trip for us, helping us try to track down some belongings we lost in town. The rooms were very comfortable, clean, and quiet. We so appreciate everyone’s kindness and hospitality. We can’t wait to return! —Harold and Margaret

+++ enclosed in the Crook Bridge area with multiple and convenient accesses to main streets +++ welcome drink and yoghurt taste good, making us feel at home +++ spacious room with views +++ a variety of food & beverage ensuring decent breakfast +++ friendly and patient staff 5BM and 10min by taxi from Mostar Bus Station We didn't get to spend as much time as we"d hoped exploring the heritage town due to the bus schedule, which departed at 9 a.m. Prior to our arrival, we had some issues with payment, but thankfully, the hotel was able to resolve it and charge the room rates by our card. Upon arrival, the hotel exceeded our expectations and became a highlight of our visit to Mostar. We hope to return someday and will definitely recommend this place to friends planning a trip to the West Balkans.

Greeted like royalty, treated like family, fed like kings. A stunning looking hotel with big fresh rooms and a staff that makes you feel at home. Nayla and her team makes the place feel like a family run business even though they're not. Danijel the chef and his personal approach makes you feel like you have a private chef. I am deeply thankful for such a wonderful stay. The food was so incredible on the first night we decided to dine there again on our second night and it was fabulous yet again. Thank you to the team for making our stay an unforgettable experience
