We loved the location overlooking the water. The room was spacious, clean, and well maintained. Plenty of outlets. Great toiletries in multi use bottles except the body lotion. Unexpected scale was just what I wanted and had never seen in a hotel before! Liked the size of the hotel…not a high rise! Awesome breakfast especially the omelettes. We loved the private balcony and listening to the sounds of the waves Every staff member we encountered was extremely welcoming, professional and dedicated to making our stay amazing

Food was a little on the expensive side and choices for dinner pretty limited

The hotel is a beautiful hotel and right on the Veracruz beach. The check-in staff were excellent and easily communicated in english (unfortunately, my spanish is very lacking). Our room was standard size but had a beach front view, which was a surprise since we were only there one night. It was very clean and had a good size balcony to relax on. The beach is very clean. There were not a lot of lounge chairs, but it wasn't a ln issue as it wasn't heavily used. The water was really warm and very shallow for a good distance. There was a sign stating the area was known to ha e sea urchins, so caution should be taken, but the water was so clear you would probably be able to see them. The pool area, while quite large, appeared to be under some type of maintaince as only 1 or 2 pools were filled. This work didn't have much impact on us as we only stayed 1 night. We were still able to relax at the swim up bar and have some poolside nachos. All the pool-side staff were excellent.

(Not so much didn't like, but just to note). There was some significant construction going on - constructing a building near the beach. Didn't bother us but made us wonder how new the hotel was or was it getting a refresh?

This is a nice hotel with generally very good service. Although the food is not to the standard you would hope. However their are good restaurants nearby. The breakfast is good with plenty of options. The service staff are brilliant.

When we first arrived their was an event on at the hotel and this impacted our stay. It meant we did not get the information we needed to get off to a great start and so our first few days were not great. When your paying a lot of money for a suite it should be better.

The bathroom is too small I got paint on my bodysuit on the pool they paint the edge of the pool it was fresh, and they don't tell us. My mom was on the first floor and her. Room smell bad. The price on book.com was different at the hotel a have to pay more

Pool was very nice, food excellent, location is great, immediate access to the beach.

They called me to check If if wanted to room to be cleaned up even when the sign "do not disturb" was hanged on my door so they woke me up.

The staff generally speaking was good, but sometimes you would ask them to bring you something or they themselves would offer to bring you anything but in the end they would never bring to you what you asked for, kind of disappointing!!!

I had booked the master suite. It was not to my liking. The staff listened and. changed me to another King room I absolutely loved and we had a we had a wonderful stay.

The property is well maintained, clean, modern, with exceptional service. Our room looked out to the sea and was very comfortable. The pool was clean. Access to the beach was easy.

I was wondering where the entrepreneurs were with rentals for paddle boards and kayaks.
