This is the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at! The location was good -- easy walk to Midtown and any subway we wanted. Comfy bed, great rain shower. Breakast had different items every day, which was pleasant. Our room had a fridge, which we appreciated. Was amazingly quiet for being on such a busy street.

No huge complaints. Breakfast space is small, but you can always carry items up. However, you will be carefully dining on the white bed (we used a towel "placemat" as there's only one chair in the room. Would have appreciated a few drawers to put things away, and my perpetual hotel pet peeve is wishing for a few hooks in the bathroom.

The location is excellent in the midtown. Not far at all from main attractions.

Three things: 1- The small fridge made noise at a frequency that makes unconfortable sleep. 2- I paid full price (room + taxes) via Booking before traveling. However, the hotel told me Booking transferred only the amount of the room but not the taxes. The hotel charged me the taxes (twice). Still in discussion to be resolved. But, the bad thing was the agressive manner of one of the hotel staff when I claimed it (the rest of the staff was amazing). 3- The room for breakfast is small. We had breakfast at 7:30hs since otherwise it was almost impossible to find place.

I liked the rooms overall, the coffee/tea/water and cookies provided in the entrance, the included breakfast was basic but good for my needs, and the location is great (close to Times Square).

The first room I stayed in lacked a lot of space, the bathroom was very small and did not have enough space for storage of things. Some members of the hotel reception were not so great in the treatment. I had agreed for late check out and with very short notice they changed their mind and asked me to leave the room, which I think was not appropriate. A few times I encountered the room service employees in the afternoon, cleaning the room, which is great but I think the room should be available at least from 4pm in case you want to return to your room to rest and stay.

The hotel responded to messages very promptly, the staff were very friendly, the rooms were spacious, it was close to Penn Station, and the price is reasonable. The breakfast was simple and the restaurant was small, but they provided waffles, which surprised me. It should be noted that a deposit of $200 will be deducted at check-in, and there is no receipt. The deposit will be returned to the original account 1-2 working days after check-out, but the time it takes to receive it depends on the speed of your own bank operation. I received my deposit . If you have any questions, you can contact the hotel directly and they are happy to communicate.

The room was lovely and cleaned every day with a fresh supply of clean towels. We stayed in a King room on the 21st floor and the views were spectacular (see 3rd photo). The room was adequate size and the bed was gigantic. Shower was big with a huge overhead shower rose. Lovely hot water at all times. The area is very busy and noisy generally so being away from the street noise was very welcome. I would ask for a room near the top in any hotel near times square. Situated in the middle of all the sights and a stones throw from the subway, train station and times square, the location is amazing. As per previous reviews the breakfast was OK and I always could find something to eat which set us up for the day. Most hotels in New York charge a lot for breakfast so complimentary food is always welcome. The reception staff were brilliant, advising us how to easily get back to JFK airport via the train. This saved us around 50 dollars and got us to the airport in less than half the time of a taxi. Unlimited coffee available at all times too! No bar in the hotel is not an issue as there is a great bar next door and Ulysees the bar tender is a fantastic host. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting New York for the first time from Great Britain.

Location was amazing! Was halfway between two substations so very convenient if u want to travel to other areas. Otherwise very walkable to Times Square & Broadway. We were 2 ppl in a 2x double bed room, and friends couldn't make it and was too expensive to downgrade size having booked early. So worked out better for us! Would have been cramped with 4 ppl in that room.

Breakfast offered a range of pastries, bagels, spreads, waffles and a couple of hot food items. The room is small during peak times but ppl dont tend to hang around too long so can get a table fairly quick.

The location was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The mattress was great and I felt safe in the hotel even though traveling alone.

The room was small, no place to put your suticase and the closet was tiny. The biggest issue for me was breakfast. If you like a savory breakfast you will have no options. It was mostly starch and sugary things like waffles, croissants, muffins, bread, nutella, etc. There was no protein at all, only something that looked like scrambled eggs, but was not edible to my standards. Breakfast was the only disappointment for me, I had to eat out.

Lovely staff, the room was great, clean and as advertised and location was fantastic! Really near by to Time Square and walkable distance for most things and subway stations.

I didn't have too many issues, one I had was the noise level, I think it was near a maintenance room but other people talking and outside noises were quite loud through the walls and floor. Sound-proof windows was not an option. The second thing was holding fees, I was expecting the room guarantee fee as this gets returned upon check-in, however they do not state anywhere upon booking that they will take an additional $200 room guarantee fee as you pay, this gets returned on check-out, but can catch you off guard a bit especially if you're budgeting your funds and staff do not expand on it really, so it would be nice to make this clear upon booking. The breakfast was also very limited.
