The whole property is just stunning offering highly professional services. The staff were very friendly and supportive. The rooms are spacious and I can tell they really pay attention to every detail to make you feel good, relaxed and comfortable. The bed was super comfy and the bed sheet was dreamy soft I actually wanted to steal it. :) Super clean very modern bathroom with shower you don't want to leave. :) The hotel restaurant is offering decent variety of food and the meals were delicious. I loved the breakfast as well! The pool experience was exceptional too. Water was just perfect temperature. Again everything was great. I couldn't feel more relaxed watching the beautiful sunset over the property. Really worth to visit! I will definitely come back!

The rooms were spotlessly clean and really well furnished. Clearly a lot of thought had gone into the design. All the staff were very kind and helpful. The breakfasts were amazing. Lovely swimming pool area, next to a historic fort. The general vibe of the swimming pool area was great too.

Due to the layout of the hotel the terraces felt overlooked and not private (they abut the walkway to the swimming pool and general entrance). This was quite surprising to us for the price paid. N.b. the rooms booked through Booking seem to have different names at the hotel, which led to some confusion when we arrived.

Everything was to like about staying here. The staff were accommodating and really made an effort. We had a great time here. The little restaurant down the road was beautiful a real treat.

There was nothing not to like. The one piece of advice I would give fellow travellers who are not coming by car is be prepared with the bus time tables, if you want to go out and about as they are a little sporadic.

We loved the private whirlpool in our room, the in-room breakfast service, and the attentive poolside staff. The overall design and atmosphere of the fortress hotel were truly special and made our stay feel unique.

Unfortunately, our garden and whirlpool area lacked privacy, as it was possible for others to see in. Also, the rooms were quite noisy — we could clearly hear people talking and walking in the hallway.

There was construction work at the hotel during our stay, which meant noise heard within our room in the morning, and also at the pool. Not something that should be acceptable in a hotel of that price range. The breakfast was brought to the rooms, was generous and had everything you need - quality is OK.

The atmosphere!

From the upper floors you can see the terraces downstairs with people unwinding in hot tubs that make horrible noise because of the bubbling. There is no restaurant on the premises, but they do offer you the dinner that you have to order before 18.30 ( which is early and inconvenient when you are on your way driving) We managed to order food for dinner but it was tasteless and expensive! The local wine was good though!

Staff were so passionate, energetic snd friendly. Pool was increasable and very calm and peaceful. Location is great for accessing Lake Garda, Verona and the mountains on the East of Lake Garda.

Hard to find as big metal gate for car access made it like the lair of a Bond Villain - haha. Reception was not signed. Sheets weren’t so good in my view and I never used the terrace hot tub. Breakfast was plentiful, simple and tasty but you need to fill out the sheet everyday.

Everything! Starting with the way they greeted us as we arrived, through amazing winter experience and ending with the way they offered Cappuccino early in the morning before we left to the airport. Everyone were so nice and inviting! And the breakfast was really one of the best we've had, anywhere...

Only small thing I'd change - we would have loved for the jacuzzi in our room to be hotter... That's it. Everything else was perfect!

The hotel itself was beautiful - the view, the fort, and the facilities. It was located very close to main cities. The staff were super nice and welcoming. The breakfast is bed was very relaxing. The wine tasting is highly recommended! Tasty, beautiful, and interesting! Ask for Leonardo!

Excellent facilities, nice outdoor pool area and amazing fortress. On arrival we were welcomed by a great Tunisian staff member which showed us the room and how to operate the sauna etc.

Wish this could be empty, but we have to mention the staff member which was very unprofessional during check-out, took another call on her mobile and told us to lower our voices which were not loud.
