Staff were very pleasant and her helpful. I found our room great I only had two issues one was the mattress as I had a bad back the Mayr was too soft but apart from that great the step as you come out of the bathroom I trip and ct open my foot underneath my toe? Twice it happened I think please if you can get a little stick on sign letting your Guest's that there is a small raise fro the bathroom to the hall entrance from the bathroom 🙏🏻 . Food was ok but could be better sorry for saying but I give the food a 8 out of 10 everything else was great 👍🏻 The car park security outside was so nice as was all staff thanks 🙏🏻

Change mattress in the bedroom and sort out that step please get it we’ll sign posted as to the raise from bathroom to hall thanks 🙏🏻 mr and mrs watt

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was spotless, organized, and comfortable. The room was sized well, the Wi-Fi signal was excellent, and the bed was comfy. Unlike other hotels where I have stayed, the shower had decent pressure and maintained a consistent temperature. The adjoining room was a nice touch and very convenient when travelling with children. In my opinion, this hotel ticks all the boxes for a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and eager to assist however they could. I would love to know what coffee they serve for breakfast; it was very good. Additionally, the New Year gift and card were greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Udon for vacation or business.

No hotel is perfect, but I would like to offer some constructive feedback. The breakfast selection could be improved by adding more Western options and ensuring that the food areas are always kept clean. Aside from that, my experience was completely fine.

Good sized room, very comfortable, neither very soft or firm bed.

They have a lot of parties and Conferences, during which parking on site is difficult. A security guard was unpleasantly abrupt when we wanted to park one evening. Also, the car park is unsecured and is used as a cut through by general traffic during busy periods, which nearly led to an accident. The bed sheets and duvet cover were only changed on the penultimate night of a 7 day stay after we asked.

We didn't know what to expect from the Vela Dhi or Udon Thani. The hotel is spotlessly clean and we had a lovely bright but cool room with a great shower and comfy bed. The breakfast had a lot of choices and it was pleasant to sit outside with a drink in the evenings. All the staff were amazing - friendly, professional and helpful. Particular thanks to James who was our driver for the Red Lotus Lake. Udon Thani itself is a really lovely city and feels very young with lots of coffee bars etc. The food offering is amazing - download the Michelin app if you're going there. Our favourite of the Isan cities. We'll be back and staying at the Vela Dhi.

Sauna, and supplied towels in sauna (and gym). Clean. Good layout in room. Cleaning service every day. Large room. Decent bed. France24 in TV channels. View from 7th floor.

It took a awhile to understand that you have to switch on the sauna yourself. And it keeps switcing off every 1-2 minutes, cannot change the time (in male side). Other than that rather decent sauna. Music in elevator was little annoying, but no big deal.

The female staffs were very nice and let me do late checkout, which save this hotel from much lower review due to the male staff. The hotel is nice and comfortable.

The male staff does not recognize the early checkin benefit from booking.com. Although there are plenty of rooms available, he intended to charge me for early checkin despite it clearly states in my booking that this booking includes early checkin. He is not very professional when dealing with the issue.

everything was good. Good location. Good breakfast. Super nice staff. gym, pool, sauna, beds, were great. Nice overall.

Food from the grill/restaurant was very average, except for the chicken Caesar salad which was a good salad. Had a great pizza, then next time, the fellow couldn't cook the pizza properly. Club sandwich not so good. But staff was very nice. Kinda pricy for Udon Thani and comparable Thai hotels in that category

new place, vere nice design, super clean!! food from restaurant and room service delicius and fresh! staff lovely and friendly! position little far from city center but very cheap to go with grab around 60 bath. the area very quite!!

the sun cannot reach the swimmimg pool as it has a cover! should put more chair and deckchairs near the swimmimg pool! cannot seat becouse the only 2 chair where occupied

The room was lovely and clean and spacious. The hotel is an easy 1.8km walk to the central shopping/train area. The shower was nice and hot and everything smelled amazing. All toiletries were supplied. There is a pool and well equipped gym. We stayed in a superior king room.

There were only two sun beds/chairs at the pool. Everything was otherwise fantastic.
