It was close to the family members that we went to visit. My wife and I enjoyed lounging at, and swimming in the pool.. The staff members that we interacted with were very friendly and professional. The coffee and waffles were good too!

My wife's socks became very soiled from walking around the room, and we were only there for a one night stay, this means that the carpet was very dirty. There was paint on one of the walls in the shower, it peeled right off, this means that the shower wasn't cleaned before our stay, if it had been, the paint would have been removed by the housekeeping staff. The breakfast-(which is not complimentary @ $225 a night), the eggs tasted fake, like they might possibly be dehydrated, and the sausage was pretty gross,, but the coffee and waffles were good..

The room was nice and clean. The free breakfast was Okay, but could be better. The staff is friendly. The hotel is down the street from everything in both directions. I would suggest getting a bicycle, if your walking long distances. The inside pool was very relaxing. We will be coming back, when visit Hilton Head again.

I wish they kept open the breakfast later because we woke up late. We missed breakfast.

Location is good for enjoying Hilton Head beaches and attractions. Breakfast has nice variety, pool area is nice to sit and relax, room is clean.

Staff professionals, helpful, concerned about my needs when I accidentally left my purse in the room after checkout.

- I received no notification/call of my item found in room after checkout … I was still in area 3hrs after checkout - desk clerk informed me that it could be mailed but would have to contact manager, manager was not available next day and purse could not be mailed until possibly 2 days later… I reside in GA 2-3hrs away.

I personally loved how comfy the beds were, along with the breakfast being good eating.

I found it unfortunate that the TV cable box was limited on selection but understandable can't watch everything. Along with the remote for the TV some buttons didn't seem to work like the guide button.

Convenience of location; parking

I did not like it that there were no room services--no bed make-up, no fresh towels or linens unless I asked for them and then I would have had to make up my own bed. Not truly acceptable

All went well. When traveling i have learned that problems , minor or major, usualy pop up. This stay was eventless and a welcomed change. I credit this to a well trained staff .

The Hampton Inn was conveniently located and at a great value.The staff was friendly and the breakfast was fantastic. Keep everything full and hot! Had tea and cookies provided late afternoon upon or arrival and water is always a welcome jester upon check-in.

The room did have an odor that the front desk gave us some lysol to help! It did seem to be a heavy cleaner or something of that nature. The parking lot had plums or something that fall on the car and make a mess....don't know what u can do about that.

Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. The facilities were clean, and the ease of access from parking to our room was outstanding. The breakfast was fabulous.

The bathroom can use some updating.

I had an issue with being charged via booking.com and the room being charged to the incidental credit card presented on check in. Once discovered, the management resolved the issue and corrected the issue. Nice service!
