I was this hotel for the first time and I was delighted. A mega nice staff, clean and comfortable rooms, in good location of the hotel to the bus station, to the beach and to the center. The only downside was the restaurant, which doesn't fit into the atmosphere of the hotel at all, but nevertheless the staff there is also very nice, but it didn't bother me at all if you walk to the center, there are quite a lot of good restaurants with decent cuisine. I recommend this hotel) woonderful)

The location is great - close to the bus station and just 5 minutes to the beach; a supermarket is nearby. I actually liked the fact that the hotel was aside from the main street, located in a quiet area. However, it took me just 10-15 minutes to get to the market and the main streets. The room had all you need and everything was very clean. The cleaning lady did my room nicely. All the staff were really friendly and helpful. There was a cafe/bar on the ground floor where you can have a tasty breakfast.

The only thing was that the window in my room faced the stairs in the building. I should have been more careful when booking the room. Other than that. it was a really pleasant stay.

Central location meant we could walk anywhere: up to the base, down to the port, along to the beaches, restaurants, or shopping. We had room 303 which is two- level, with the bathroom and TV room on the entry level and the stairs up to the bedroom + the terrace. Views from the terrace facing east were great, a lovely breeze, shady in the afternoon. A nice place to relax al-fresco. Probably the best room in the hotel. The staff were very helpful, friendly, and always available. We don't speak much Spanish but they had enough English that communication was not a problem.

Everything! Clean, comfy, amazing sea view terrace in room 303! Staff from front desk to housekeeping were welcoming and friendly. Great location walkable everywhere! Great little market across the street and the cafeteria has ice cold brew with welcoming staff (thanks Yvette) and patrons were all a great group accepting and welcoming to us visitors!

The staff were amazing, especially the overnight manager who was very patient with my late night, early in the morning routines. There is a grocery store right across the street.

Ants...but where I come from you can't get rid of them either.

A very nice hotel close to the Rota Navy Base. Great location for visiting the lovely city of Rota. Everything within walking distance. A safe, clean area. A very nice restaurant/Bar with a friendly staff. The hotel staff are very professional, friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice, clean, with comfortable beds. There is a shopping store across the street, and the bus station is within walking distance. We will stay there during future travels.

Great king-size firm bed. Blackout shutters. Spacious room and bathroom. Very comfortable room 202 - loved it. Shower and taps that work perfectly with no pressure issues. Everything was clean. Air con. Tv. Fridge. Sofa.

Sofa needs to be replaced.

Excellent location, rooms are cozy and clean. The hotel staff is great and it looks amazing inside.

Showers are tiny. Hot water goes out quickly, it never came back. Not sure what the issue was. They clearly have a water heater in the bathroom.

Super friendly desk clerk - even helped save a parking spot right in front of the door. Nice little bar downstairs and on the sidewalk. Spacious and comfortable bed and nice bathroom.

Nice and cozy hotel. Staff is very friendly, room as described. Everything there, good matras.

Only 1 very thin pillow, i would have liked 2 at least. Every guest sleeps different.
