Stunning view, clean, modern furniture, large balcony, quiet surroundings, good wifi, excellent location if you have a car. Highly recommended!

If I have to make a small complaint - there was no soap / shower gel / shampoo when we arrived, we had to go to the store first in order to wash our hands or have a shower. It would not be an issue if that was communicated ahead of time. There were clean kitchen clothes, even a complementary wine bottle but no soap which is a bit weird.

The view, the beds, the balcony

The noise and cigarette smoke coming from neighbouring apartments. No sound insulation. We had a very loud group of ladies next to our apartment, who drank and smoked. They observed the 10pm curfew but our children go to bed earlier than that. Therefore, we would probably not come again.

We like it very much. The view is amazing! The sauna is a must after a long day on skis! Very good apartment for families or for a small group of friends.

The kitchen is very modern, just needs more supplies, like: sharp knives to cut vegetables, oven tray, big bowls for salads, and a better mop, this old one is not working properly !

Comfortabele beds, great shower, nice big terrace, perfect for a stay with kids. We enjoyed the infrared sauna. The bike/ski room was very handy too, and a parking space in front of the door. Magnificent view of the valley.

The apartment was clean except for the carpet in the living room, that was still full of dog hair… also, because smoking is allowed on the balcony, we couldn’t open our windows when the neighbours were there, because they smoked all the time.

Flexible, automatic checkin and checkout, clean and superb accommodation, everything a family of 5 with a dog needed to spend a nice and relaxing week in winterberg, even the weather cooperated...

The location was good. Getting access into the property was easy. Wifi was great. Kitchen and bathroom facilities were very good.

Lights in the kitchen/over dining table did not work. Heating in the bedrooms did not work. A small freezer would have been very convenient to have.

We had an appartement on the ground floor. When you sit outside you hear a lot of noise/talking of your neighbours.

Beautifully furnished new large apartment. Wonderful view from the balcony. Peace and quiet. The apartment has everything you need for living. Very clean, excellent bed linen. We will be happy to come again.
