This place was great, the only nitpick I have is that there is no direct connection from the hotel to the secure parking. Other than that, I have nothing to complain about. The staff were friendly, and the attached restaurant served delicious food. The price was reasonable for the level of comfort and convenience received.

The bed was comfortable and had good air conditioning

That I had to ask to cold water to keep in my room, every accomodation should provide free cold drinking water without having to ask. I stayed a week and only found breakfast on the second last day wasn’t told about breakfast onsite, also couldn’t work out how to call reception on the phone not listed anywhere.

basically, we got value for money. the room is quite expensive but the room is large and comfortable and the staff is very friendly and careful.

the breakfast is too light. At the level of this hotel, we expected a buffet for breakfast. To have a solid breakfast we have to go to the Coffee Club.

The ibis Styles location was excellent, in close proximity to supermarkets, hotels, restaurants shops and only a 25minute walk to the Rodeo Arena,. The Queen bed was comfortable and Room 234 was large, with lots of furniture and plenty of bench space for laptop and other things. It was also handy to have a Washing Machine and Dryer on level 2.

I did ask for a quiet room, but quieter rooms were not given to me, The shower curtain should have been 30cm longer to keep water off the floor.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is great as its right in town. The pool was only small but clean and certainly a must in Mt Isa. The room was large and clean. The air-conditioner in the room was quiet and effective. The hotel is very clean but could use some TLC in some areas. The Italian restaurant was lovely and the staff and manager were very friendly and helpful with dietary requirements. Had room service one night and it was exactly the same as eating in. Well presented and fast. Would definitely stay again.

Nothing really. The description on Booking.com is slightly inaccurate as the rooms do not have private balcconies but more like a wide ledge that goes all around the side of the Hotel. The car parking is what's available on the street outside unless you pay per night for the carpark which is secure and has limited spaces. (The staff were very helpful in allowing me to park in staff carpark overnight)

Large room, very clean, balcony, overlooks town centre, can walk anywhere you need to.

Outside of building was tired, had to pay extra for secure parking we were unaware of when we booked.

location of hotel was great for someone with no transport. walking distance to visitor attractions that were within the town. hotel may need a bit more staffing. waited for 5 mins to checkout and no one came after ringing the bell. just left key in out box
