The suite I had was the nicest and best equipped I have ever had the pleasure of staying in. However, the accolades go to the staff. Although I was one of many evacuees from Hurricane Helene at the hotel the staff were ready for the influx of guests and were patient and efficient, all the while maintaining a personable and friendly demeanor. Kudos to Candlewood for employing top quality individuals. Special compliments to Tiffany and Shawn who went the extra mile to make my stay pleasant at a very stressful time.

The people are what makes this hotel the BEST in the area- They are always very welcoming- and hard-working- communication was fantastic and they always greet you with a beautiful smile! GREAT location - Dog-friendly - big area to walk our dogs too- this is one of the main reasons we keep coming back-

our room 104 had issues with the TV- it kept jamming - Is something wrong with that specific TV? Been there before and never had this problem because we were only staying one night we didn't ask for help - but want them to know - also the hot water took a long time to kick in- never had the problem in the past stays- maybe there are just issues with this room? OVER all an amazing stay

Didn’t have a breakfast. But if they did it would have made the trip complete. We Live approx. 45 min from there. Our electricity was out due to the storms. We needed a relaxing place. I love the space in the room and the layout. Only thing that was a little disappointing Was the tv didn’t work. But the weather caused that. But all n all. It was a great relaxing night. We will come back next getaway we take.

The tv not working. The front desk worker got it working at first. But eventually it wouldn’t work. But we can’t control the weather. Maybe the cable company should work on the service making it more storm proof. Lol

The size of the room was great, and a full-size refrigerator was in the room.

The beds aren't the best when 2 people are sleeping in them. I wish hotels would get the memo and switch all beds to memory foam mattresses. The bathroom wasn't as clean as I liked.

The room was clean and I liked the fact of having the kitchen area. The fridge with ice maker was great. Quiet, and felt quite safe there alone.

The only thing missing was a bathmat/rug in bathroom to step out on from shower. Other than that, I can't think of anything. Would stay there again.

Xavier was fantastic! Very nice, personable, assisted with everything we needed. All staff was very friendly. Location was good for the reason we were there (warrant officer graduation)

off the interstate but not far from shopping and eating out. Xavier was welcoming as soon as the door opened upon arrival. he gives world class service. made it very clear he was there for anything we need. Tracy gave world class service at checking out. very polite. housekeeping does a amazing job keeping the facility clean. I love that the dove products were supplied as to cheap necessities. thank you

The location was perfect for us. It was very close to stores for shopping and restaurants. It was easy to access from the bypass. The snack and coffee area was well stocked. It was very clean and the staff was very friendly.

The staff is amazing and my stay was amazing.

The shower head had a bit of calcium it.

Room was larger than expected and bed was very comfortable.

Only one chair to sit in , other than that, it was great
