When I first arrived at night I was given a room that was loud and had an unpleasant smell. The next morning, Navita helped me find a more pleasant room and I was very grateful. She was patient and understanding. I truly appreciated her.

The odor of the cleaning products was off putting.

We were not looking for fancy. We were looking for a clean comfortable place while in town for a funeral. This place has kind helpful staff and a clean comfortable place to sleep. If looking for a resort feel look elsewhere. If looking for comfort, clean, safe place to sleep and great staff this was excellent.

Pool looked nice even though we didn’t use it. Very clean and staff was very nice.

The breakfast was rather poor. Ran out of coffee and they didn’t have any more made had to wait 20 minutes for more.

The pool this year was operational. Most was good.

I wasn’t able to stay both nights because I had to leave due to sickness and was told that they wouldn’t charge me for the days that I couldn’t stay because of being sick. They still charged me for the whole stay. Not good business.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

The breakfast could have offered a better variety or some juice. The room needs a new door sweep to keep bugs out.

The staff treated us with respect, kindness and compassion. They was very supportive and helpful.

The facility itself was clean and homey. Work was being done at the facility though that made it a little hard to get around for me as a disabled person.

There was a party next to us and we could hear every word as well as the loud music, so the insulation was poor. The party broke up about 2am, so we cranked the tv to let them know that we were not happy. So we got no sleep. But, the beds were nice and the staff was courteous and friendly.

Bed was comfortable

Coffee machine not working. Coffee was cold. No snack machine. Only 1 very small tube of soap.

Clean and comfortable.

Coffee was weak and breakfast was minimum. Toast, mini muffins, donut sticks, and cereal. But still adequate for an overnight stay.

To say breakfast is included is a stretch Almost no choice only one pot of coffee No tea
