The Front Desk staff was excellent, friendly, helpful, and professional. Hard to find that it seems these days. It was very refreshing to be greeted with a smile. The evening bellhop was also very friendly and professional. The hotel it self was clean and welcoming, the room was well kept and clean. We enjoyed our stay very much. My wife stated that on our next trip to dallas should include a couple nights at this hotel. I whole heartedly concured. Keep up the great service. Thanks as well to Housekeeping, and Maintenance for all their hard work behind the scenes keeping the hotel looking and running so smoothly. We look forward to our next stay there.

Staff was super sweet and our room was beautiful! Everything was 10/10 in my opinion and such a good price. This is most likely going to become our getaway place for us if we just wanna get out the house.

Pool water wasn’t too clean it didn’t look clear at all and the pool guy started pouring in the chlorine into the jacuzzi before we left (we were in the outside pool) so when we were crossing by to go inside the building it, I inhaled it and I started coughing and my eyes started burning a little. I know we should’ve left sooner but it was a little windy outside and cold so we were trying to dry up a little before walking in since we knew it was going to be colder inside.

Ladies at the front desk were friendly and helpful. Our room was decently clean, except some hair in the tub and on the floor. Beds were comfortable. Pool area was well stocked and clean, and the pool was the perfect temperature.

Considering how much we paid for a room, I was surprised there was no complimentary breakfast. When we went down to the restaurant, a male employee was extremely rude to us, and we just left and ate next door at the Hilton. Also, the price of parking is a little ridiculous.

Location, staff and room

The original room balcony door latch was broken and fell on balcony door locking us out for a couple hours. The staff tried very hard to come help but we had put security latch on room door so they had to call fire department to break in room to get us off balcony. They did put us in another room but it did ruin our intimate night. Overall I loved the place and will stay there again. Just will leave balcony door open.

Bed was great!

Food - only two things that were good was an omelet and crab cakes, the rest we left on our plates. Food needs lots of help! We were a reservation for 3 but there were only had 2 of everything. Tried to call down but that did not work at all so had to make TWO trips to the front desk to get towels, cups, linens for hide-a-bed, very frustrating.

The breakfast and dinner was absolutely delicious. I love the view from my balcony in my room. The entire staff was friendly, helpful, courteous, and one of the best staffs that I have ever encountered and I’ve stayed at quite a few hotels and this staff is the best hands down. I also enjoyed the outdoor seating areas.

The prices of the food in the restaurant were a little high so not so good if you’re bringing hungry teenagers, lol it would be cheaper to order outside the hotel. The room could definitely use updating like the bathroom door, the tub, floors, and sink fixtures. The water pressure could definitely be better and housekeeping did a good job cleaning the room but I could tell that the floors were not swept or mopped. Also it would have been nice if the pool was available.

The location was great and local to everything my husband and I went to see. The room was very comfortable, though a few lamps didn't work and couldn't tell if it was a blown bulb or if the lamp was indeed broken. The staff was always very friendly and attentive.

Paying for parking separately. Why not just include it in the standard room rate, especially when parking was unsecured and only one security personnel roaming in their car?

The staff was very pleasant and willing to help and cleanliness in the building was exceptional!

Fire alarms went off and could be a bit louder. Everyone was fine and no major fire. But the alarms could be louder for everyone to hear.

We were there for a week long stay after a major surgery. Everyone was SO nice. A very nice man helped us unload our car and took all of our luggage to our room. We were there for Thanksgiving. The restaurant there had an amazing Thanksgiving meal that was very afforadable!
