The room was nice and spacious. The ladies at the reception were very kind and helpful. The breakfast was very good. The atmosphere and decorations were very very nice. The welcome drinks and food were tasty, we enjoyed them.

The staff at breakfast were a bit rude. I was pushed away by a waiter while taking a cup for tea. They needed to grab some cutlery and didn't give me even a few seconds to take the cup. The pillows in the room were very tough. It would be good to have different options for pillows. A few soft ones would be good to have.

The location, the room design and size, nice and professional stuff in reception. As per my understanding- the best hotel in Chisinau. Breakfast was very good with nice local dishes

- pillows are just bad and hard, all syntetic (another not exist). I had to buy one natural pillow in nearby market. - Sometimes service was slow. - breakfast juices were not fresh natural but from carton

The personnel was simply fantastic! Very helpful and comforting. Breakfast is very tasty and variable, moreover lots of Moldovan food was there. Pretty clean and fresh interior

The room was a bit small in my opinion A temporary inconvenience: the entrance road was under reconstruction

The hotel price was really expensive compared with other hotels that are in the area. For the price you pay, I expected better soundproofing, other than that everything else was perfect

The location, the staff , the service were extremely good: the staff was very nice , welcoming and friendly; the service in restaurants and bars is wonderful, the spa is very nice and designed nicely. The breakfast is simply amazing.

The hotel is located in the center. There is a parking for cars. There are many delicious restaurants around, including those with national cuisine. The hotel itself has a good "New York" restaurant. The staff is friendly and polite. The breakfast was good, with a large selection of food. The hotel is clean.

I am travelling around Europe since many many years for business. Radisson is one of the best locations I ever met. The rooms are wonderful, so silent, the food is excellent, the breakfast is so huge, very good. Thank you This time I want to name Veronica from the reception extra. So competent and so friendly.
