The close vicinity to the university. It's a walking distance. Friendly staff and clean rooms. From reception, housekeeper and butter. So helpful and friendly. Feels very safe Food was great ...room service 👌👌👌

The loud music coming from nearby establishment and it goes on all night. Was told they've been trying to get it sorted but it's a struggle...not their fault but it's truly disturbing. Note: I was moved to a much better located room far from noise after I complained. 100%👌👌 Towels a little musty and need some fabric softner and proper drying. Bar fridge would've made our stay even greater but we did get ice cubes from the restaurant.

Despite there being an electricity outage which lasted the whole night, the hotel staff managed to still provide breakfast for its guests. The hardworking staff and the hotel must be commended for that. The location is in the city centre so it’s great if you don’t have a vehicle.

Personally, the hotel should get rid of the carpets in the room 😁😁 and maybe replace it with large modern tiles in the room and bathroom. I liked the vanity in Room 5. Much better than the previous room I lived in before .

The Graham hotel is in a good location, easy to access Makhanda places of interest. The receptionist on duty was amazing, she's smiling & very welcoming, I think her name is Gwen🌼 The water temperature was good throughout the day. Well done Housekeeping for yò services throughout my stay. Kitchen staff members are glorious, always willing to please the guests. Well done 👏and the food is appetizing 👌

The carpets are dirty and have drench smell. I suggest the staff vacuum the carpets, using carpet powder, perhaps a day before client checks in or at the same day of arrival, to give the room that fresh smell, instead of stinking carpet. Since the hotel has stairs only, & no elevator, it would be great if the hotel hires potters to assist guests with luggage, both on arrival & check out. Your towels need some attention, to remove the dullness. They don't have a hotel status, perhaps Makhanda water cannot keep them white, I don't know, or you need a new laundrette or new towels.

There were enough beds for all of us, the rooms are bigger. My girls enjoyed the space. On the room, hubby and I could move freely. He got to relax on the couch as well. I love your hotel

When I ordered mushroom starter at the restaurant below, it was raw, and I ended up cancelling it. Otherwise, the rest of the food was nice.

In spite of being in town it is quite peaceful and I enjoyed my stay. Everything was clean and their utensils are all in working order

The kitchen staff were not prepared, the refills took longer, I didn't have my coffee.

Staff at the front desk were very responsive. They went out of their to organise and put an entire boardroom at my sole disposal so that I could have my online meeting in a quiet and conducive environment. They also made sure that noisy maintenance work was suspended during that time.

The room had no safety deposit box. And, some of the guests in the adjacent rooms were inconsiderately loud.

Centrally located Staff were absolutely amazing Secure parking Rooms were excellent

A bar is very close by so the music can get a bit much at night.

Thanks for a lovely stay - super convenient, the staff were very friendly & helpful, it was clean and comfortable and the room was a good size. We'll definitely be back!
