The place is good 👍 although it was my short stay but I promise but I did enjoyed myself to be there and I hope I will visit the in a near future . We received a warm welcome and stay was up to standard . I have forgotten my shirt there but I did phone the management and eventually I was assisted. The breakfast was delicious .

To be fair I have seen nothing wrong ,we were provided with a safe parking and also the accommodation was also safe

The staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed in 2 different rooms during our stay, and both were clean,spacious and well equipped. The breakfast was nice and freshly cooked every day.

The secure parking is limited, but even when the guesthouse was full we were able to park.

The place was really nice. I was very spacious. The beds were really nice and had an electric blanket. They provided us with coffee and all the facilities we need were there,Like an iron, a microwave and kettle.

I didn't like the fact that you have pay extra to get breakfast. It would be nice if the breakfast was included in the accommodation price, that way you don't have to worry about extra fees. and the wifi was bad, I connected to it but it didn't work.

Good location, spacious rooms

I found it strange when I called the facility a lady who picked the phone told me the place was fully booked but when I booked online there were many rooms available. Not sure the admin ladies would chase business away like that.

Nothing much just appreciated the hospitality. I would use it again. Red thank you for taking time to chat and assuring me that leaving my daughter at Rhodes is the best decision. Andiswa thank you.

The telephone directory is not updated the numbers just don't work, if there is a way to make ordering easy while being there it would be awesome. We had to walk in the blazing sun to get food .

Breakfast came very very late. I had requested that my breakfast be prepared at 7am as I had to go with my colleagues to a meeting outside Grahamstown. But it only came just before 8am after numerous reminders/requests. I had also chosen scrambled eggs but was served with fried had to eat as there was no time to wait more.

Delayed breakfast only, all others are superb

I was really surprised when I saw our apartment. It was beyond my expectations. I will definitely stay there again without second thought. If I book in the future I'll definitely want to stay in the same apartment again

Service was very excellent. Nothing to complain about. I definitely recommend Bartholomew Loft to my friends and family

Lovely building...old stonework, high ceilings, wooden floors, very comfortable beds and spacious rooms. Super friendly staff, swimming pool a bonus and nice hang out space.

The parking was very tiny and the road outside our window was quite noisy during the night.

I wasn't aware that they also offered dinner and some deserts, everything was perfect and was worth every cent.

Overally our stay was good.Our stay coincided with a high school event, and the dining room was too small to accommodate everyone. We had to wait for a turn to eat but eventually had to be served in our room.
